The Sulafa Tower is a 75-story skyscraper in the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 285 m (935 ft) making it the 23rd tallest building in Dubai and 127th tallest in the world. Construction of the Sulafa Tower, which Turkish conglomerate TAV has undertaken, was completed in 2010. It contains a gym, swimming pool, play area for kids and parking spaces for all residents.
July 2016 Fire
On the afternoon of July 20 2016 a fire erupted in the tower. No casualties were recorded. Many people in this tower were allowed to seek refugee in a nearby hotel tower. This is the second fire in a skyscraper in Dubai. [2]
