The inclusion of a "snap poll" is not NPOV. For one thing, RBJ polls are notoriously biased. Most readers of RBJ live in suburbs, not the city of Rochester. It also provides a single snapshot that is not relevant to the long term of this page, which is the goal (Wikipedia is NOT a newspaper). This should be deleted. 66.67.32.161 (talk) 18:09, 16 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Previously, the article made reference to Warren's response to a 'racist statement' by weather forecaster Jeremy Kappell. This struck me as incorrect: it was clearly an accidental mispronunciation, which Kappell credibly attributes to accidentally merging the first vowel sound of 'junior' with 'king,' not a 'racist statement.' I think the previous wording implied deliberateness. Ufnortunately I'm not sure what wikipedia's policy is on citing personal facebook videos, so I'll leave the video where Kappell offered his explanation - on his personal facebook page - here: https://www.facebook.com/JeremyKappellWX/videos/2130436600348698/?__xts__[0]=68.ARC7iu3NvqURgbAc9Ae-v51THXeLY1PXeB87qtz7rLS5JLqOvpwCUClLTsCU3dJKQEXlz05xcBfoXaN-CfeTtyUS3VpO1KYZ4zWlNT89y06M5OxmU3M_M7_Flar6PkKhg3Ey3H15W8tkTB9oIcP8G_k31aK1fPSETNGnCyviRJb_yB4M4rALTiY4q_XJz807yFL-KEZplKdCe_QBEz_xhKrdKnDl87fj3Q2BlGAEubl8wqNvSgu9o4RXZUAGpAsQz8owwIO16c43j7EKc_Ios-jz5BhCs-LeuruYa5j9Gbz2L62CDESwgA-TGGpNRCln6maaz-g_8H09FBUJreDU12j037b9F2FitYw1mg&__tn__=-R — Preceding unsigned comment added by SomeBiologist (talk • contribs) 02:34, 13 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I have semi-protected this article for 1 month due to blatant violations of WP:BLP policy by anonymous and unconfirmed editors.
The issue seems to be about an alleged coverup by Warren and the police of the killing of Daniel Prude. The only source ever offered doesn't support the allegation, but only hints at it. If better sources can be found, something can be mentioned, but not before then. There's this article from the same source that says Warren and the head of the local police union are telling each other to resign, so there's certainly some controversy afoot. ~Anachronist (talk) 17:37, 10 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
