Dog in parachute harness

... that beavers, mules, and dogs (pictured) have been parachuted from airplanes? Source: "the idea of translocating beavers by dropping boxes of them out of a plane with parachutes was unusual." "the British found a cumbersome but fairly safe procedure for parachuting mules from C-47s." "'Major,' a 145-pound St. Bernard dog, was also tossed from a plane at 26,000 feet to test parachute straps at a high altitude."

The article is new and long enough. The image is free and clear. The hook is very interesting and it is cited in the article. The article is neutral and uses the correct inline citations.
