The Ultimate Fighter: The Comeback Finale was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on November 11, 2006.[1] Featured were the finals from The Ultimate Fighter 4 in both the Middleweight and Welterweight divisions.

Kampmann wins by unanimous decision (29–28, 29–27, 29–27). This bout was aired on the broadcast.
McCarthy wins by submission (armbar) at 4:43 of the first round.
Smith wins by KO at 3:25 of the second round. This bout was aired on the broadcast.
Spratt wins by submission due to neck crank at 1:11 of the second round.

Rivera wins by TKO (strikes) at 2:38 of the first round.
Thomas wins by submission (rear naked choke) at 3:11 of the second round.
Lutter wins by submission (armbar) at 2:18 of the first round to become the Season 4 Middleweight winner of The Ultimate Fighter and a title shot against Anderson Silva at UFC 67.
