It is with great regret that I grant your request to revoke your template editor permissions, and to accept your (semi)retirement. You are an editor I have held in the highest esteem, and I am sorry to see you go. I sincerely hope that your departure is only due to positive developments in real life. I hope you know that you will always be welcome to return to the project, and if you desire, you will have your permissions returned to you. Until then, please accept this barnstar in recognition of your substantial contributions to the project. I hope that you will return someday. But, even if you can't, you should rest assured that you have provided a most substantial and impactful contribution to a worthwhile project to expand upon a compendium of all human knowledge, and that your role in doing so has been very much appreciated. Best regards, and again, thank you. ~Swarm~{talk} 08:44, 28 February 2019 (UTC)

For bringing so many biographies incorrectly marked as dead back to life. As Mark Twain said, "reports of my death are greatly exaggerated". ThatMontrealIP (talk) 21:09, 4 May 2020 (UTC)

Hi Dreamy Jazz. I just wanted to drop by and thank you for keeping Wikipedia:Administrators' newsletter afloat. I used to be one of the editors sending it out, but as my interests have shifted, this work has faded into the background of my attention. Despite its brevity and despite its small group of authors, this is a pretty important internal newsletter on the English Wikipedia that enjoys relatively widespread readership. Thanks for continuing to run with the ball! Mz7 (talk) 19:59, 9 April 2022 (UTC)
For your remarkable and dedicated work on the CheckUser extension, for which I am confident the entire team is very grateful. KevinL (aka L235·t·c) 18:37, 19 August 2022 (UTC)

There isn't a Checkuser's Barnstar but consider this one to be for your SPI efforts. I just noticed how many SPI cases you got to today! They certainly pile up quickly and I'm sure those editors who filed them appreciate your, and other CUers, getting to them, whatever the results turn out to be. I imagine that focusing so much of your on-Wikipedia time on sockpuppets could be dreary so here's a token of appreciation for your efforts! LizRead!Talk! 00:31, 28 June 2023 (UTC)

Thanks for staying on top of those pesky code reviews! Happy holidays my friend.
My recall criteria are the same as Amorymeltzer's criteria located at User:Amorymeltzer/recall. If by chance they change it, then my recall criteria do not change (i.e. this means that only the 19 October 2019 version can be considered by recall criteria). If they change the criteria, I may update the specific version to their new version. If for some reason I don't think the criteria are useful measurements of the community's trust in myself, then I may change my criteria or remove myself from the voluntary recall process. Regardless of anything to do with the recall criteria, if I think the community does not trust me anymore, I will resign the tools.
