Timmy Turner

[edit]

Voiced by:

Portrayed by:

Timothy Tiberius "Timmy" Turner is a boy who, according to the opening theme song, no one understands, and leads a life filled with a number of disadvantages; his parents are neglectful idiots, his babysitter abuses and slave-drives him, and his crazed teacher is unhealthily obsessed with hunting for fairies and giving students failing grades, often regardless of their performance on an assignment. It is for this reason that he has been gifted with a pair of enchanted fairy godparents named Cosmo and Wanda to grant his wishes in hopes of enlightening his miserable life. However, Timmy's selfishness and greed often brings him to make wishes that wreak turmoil for those around him or wind up back-firing, resulting in his learning of a lesson by the conclusion of that particular episode. However, Timmy is often willing to sacrifice his joy if his wish has led to unhappiness for someone in his life or possibly even for society itself by asking his fairies to revert the spell, leading to one of his more unselfish and caring moments. His interests include comic books (particularly those centered around his favorite superhero, the Crimson Chin), video games, cartoons, and sports. His increasingly low attention span often results in his more idiotic and destructive wishes and is the butt of many gags. Timmy's middle name is Tiberius as revealed in "Manic Mom Day". Timmy's singing voice was done by Stacy Ferguson. His best friends are A.J. and Chester. His best alien friend is Mark Chang. His babysitter is Vicky.

Cosmo and Wanda

[edit]

Voiced by:

Portrayed in A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner![1] by:

Cosmo and Wanda Fairywinkle Cosma are assigned to Timmy Turner as his fairy godparents. They are considered to replace Timmy's biological parents. To keep themselves a secret, they usually masquerade as Timmy's pet fish and live in a magical castle inside of his fish bowl. They often change into other animals to disguise themselves as they tag along after Timmy. Timmy is not allowed to reveal their existence, the penalty being to lose them for good, though there are many loopholes to this rule. In the show's earlier seasons, they were a loving, charming couple, but in later seasons they developed into the insensitive male/nagging female stereotype. In the beginning of Season 6, they have the first fairy baby in over 10,000 years, whom Timmy names Poof. It is also revealed in "This Is Your Wish" that Cosmo is directly responsible for many historical tragedies, such as the volcanic eruption which destroyed the city of Pompeii in Italy and the sinking of Atlantis (nine times). He also destroyed Pluto in "Vicky Loses Her Icky". Wanda is also responsible for the extinction of the dinosaurs. Throughout their careers as fairy godparents, they have been assigned to many famous icons, such as Tina Turner and Bill Gates. The two have even been the godparents of Mr. Crocker when he was a kid, but they don't remember it. Before Poof was born, Cosmo was the youngest fairy in existence.

Cosmo is allergic to peanuts. In the episode "9 LIVES" it is revealed that Cosmo has an addiction to churros.

Vicky

[edit]

Vicky, a.k.a. Vicky the Babysitter (voiced by Grey DeLisle), is one of Timmy Turner's worst enemies and former babysitters. She lives with her mother, her father, and her bad little sister, Tootie (Timmy's former girlfriend). Vicky's bad. Selfish, evil and greedy, she has few friends and enjoys money, torturing children, watching television and making the world miserable especially Timmy. She is a member of a dark society known as B.R.A.T. (Babysitters Raging Against Twerps) as said in the episode "Frenemy Mine." She has been shown to be accepting of her own cruelty, and that the only reason she is mean is because she was mistreated as a child by her own babysitter. In the episode "The Switch Glitch", Timmy, wanting to get revenge on Vicky, wished that he were her babysitter and regressed her to the age of five, he then gave her a taste of her own medicine. This backfired when Cosmo and Wanda were reassigned to her. Timmy felt sorry for Vicky although she nearly killed him, tricked her into giving his godparents back and treated Vicky to a brilliant day. One episode shows Vicky's ancestor being a sister of Genghis Khan. In Wishology, she teams with Timmy to save everyone from "The Darkness" (in return for $20).

Vicky is Tootie's older sister. Despite her love of torturing him, Timmy does not want Vicky to leave (he's had several chances to let her do so) since she is the main reason he received Cosmo and Wanda in the first place. Nonetheless, Timmy has shown to relish the thought of Vicky being replaced or fired and often attempts to get his parents to do so. She enjoys firing truth serums at Timmy to learn about his fears. Vicky is referred to in Sharon Lamb's book Packaging Girlhood: Rescuing Our Daughters from Marketers' Schemes, where she is referred to as "the mean girl/kid in the toon".[2]

Supporting

[edit]

Poof

[edit]

Voiced by:

Poof Fairywinkle-Cosma is Cosmo and Wanda's only child, and Timmy's little fairy godbrother. He was introduced into the series in the 2008 special Fairly OddBaby. He was the first fairy baby born in over 10,000 years, the last one being Cosmo. His untapped magical powers are channeled and controlled through his magic rattle. "Timmy" is the first word he says other than his own name (which is pointed out in the episode "Mission Responsible"). He is very attached to Timmy, and will cry when he's not around, depending on how he is feeling or what he is.

As with most young children, Poof quickly adapts to the violence that he sees, or has watched [citation needed], for example in Wishology, Poof becomes a Ninja after watching a movie based on Timmy's victory against the Darkness. His favorite games are hide and seek and spaceman as revealed in "Planet Poof" and "He Poofs, He Scores".

Poof was shaped like a ball when he was born, in comparison to Cosmo's birth in "Fairly OddBaby", which had him shaped more like a human. Poof also seems to have a bond with Denzel Crocker as revealed in the episode "Bad Heir Day". He is also skilled at wrestling as seen in the episode "Planet Poof". In A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! Poof says his first words (spoken by Randy Jackson).

Sparky

[edit]

Sparky (Voiced by Matthew William Taylor) is Timmy's new fairy dog, who first appears in the season 9 premiere, Fairly OddPet. He wears a regular fairy crown, has a wand for a tail, he's orange, and he can talk. He is the fourth magical creature for Timmy to own. He also has a blue nose and fairy wings, with a blue collar. He has magic fleas that will turn people into human dogs if bitten. He is pungent-smelling than Limburger cheese due to his color. He's highly allergic to pasta. He can also drive.

Denzel Crocker

[edit]

Denzel Quincy Crocker, a.k.a. Mr. Crocker (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui), is a gray skinned, hunchbacked man (with ears on his neck), Timmy's fairy-obsessed teacher. At the beginning of the series Crocker is notably more fair and less fairy obsessed. He is often depicted as a seemingly insane person. He correctly suspects that Timmy has fairy godparents of his own, and is often able to tell what Timmy has wished for by the smallest, most irrelevant clue. His unshakable belief in fairy godparents leads to his being viewed as mentally ill by other adults. Whenever he mentions fairies, (mostly shouting "This must be the work of... Fairy godparents!") he spasms uncontrollably, which has been a running gag and occasionally causes him to be injured. Crocker thoroughly enjoys tormenting and failing Timmy at every opportunity; indeed, in "Dad Overboard," when Timmy goes on vacation, Crocker becomes thoroughly depressed and openly states that his life has lost all meaning without Timmy around to humiliate.

It has been revealed that Crocker is Cosmo and Wanda's ex-godson and is in their fairy godchild hall of fame, in The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker; Timmy's attempt to uncover the reason for Crocker's attitude in his time by travelling into the past accidentally caused Crocker's future hostility as he accidentally exposed Crocker's fairies and resulted in Crocker being chased by an angry mob. His only identified relatives are his mother, Delores Day Crocker, his Canadian genie-paranoid uncle Albert, his stepfather Ricky, his grandfather who was turned into a grandfather clock and his probable ancestor the witch-paranoid Alden Bitterroot, who is a witch, His dad is never mentioned in the series . Crocker was once a hero and had his own honorary day on March 15, 1972, before it was ruined by Timmy, who had traveled back in time (although, before that happened, it would appear that Cosmo initially ruined it for Crocker).

Crocker serves as the main power source for all of the fairy magic. His belief is so strong that it was used to power the Big Wand (the source of all the magic in Fairy World); thus, it was catastrophic when his therapist hypnotized him into not believing in fairies.

Another running gag for him is whenever he (or anybody else) enters his "Crocker Cave", they fall hard on the floor after falling through a hole in the ceiling and move a mattress into place beneath the hole, but it somehow always ends up moved out of place again.

Francis

[edit]

Francis (voiced by Faith Abrahams) is the school bully and he is also another of Timmy's worst enemies. He rarely eats or gets enough sun, causing him to have gray skin. He also speaks in a low-pitched, crude voice and gives wedgies and otherwise torture Timmy and the other kids to no end. Francis is shown to be a shoplifter and jailbird, and his clothes and underwear are ragged, making his bottom visible during several episodes. It was revealed in one episode where Timmy wished that he never existed that if Timmy was not alive, he would have no one to bully, and would instead place his anger and strength into football. He also has extensive karate training. As the show progressed, he made less and less appearances in FOP episodes, reaching an all time low with only one appearance in season seven. In the episode "Manic Mom Day", he is voiced by Butch Hartman.

Anti-Fairies

[edit]

The Anti-Fairies, as their name suggests, are the evil oppisite of fairies. The anti-fairies are responsible for all the bad luck on earth and, according to Cosmo, Friday the 13th is "their Christmas". Each fairy has an anti-fairy counterpart, who is their exact opposite in both personality and morality. Examples of anti-fairies are Anti-Cosmo (Daran Norris), a cynical, evil, but smart English anti fairy who is hinted to be the leader of the Anti-Fairies. He is based on the character Hannibal Lecter from the movie The Silence of the Lambs. This is assumed due to the fact Anti-Cosmo mistakenly calls people Clarice, the name of the main character in the movie. Anti-Wanda (Susanne Blakeslee), is portrayed as a dumb, hillbilly fairy who eats with her feet. The Anti-Fairies reside in Anti-Fairy World, an enclosed environment within Fairy World, first shown as a chamber with a gate guarded by Jorgen. After Timmy accidentally set them free on Earth, Anti-Fairy World was later turned into a prison-styled containment facility, where residents live in cells and wear suits preventing them from using magic. The high levels of security were still deemed penetrable, due in part to a specific group effort to get Anti-Cosmo out of Anti-Fairy World to be used as a donor for an operation. The Anti-Fairies serve as the main villains of The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2: When Nerds Collide, Fairly OddBaby, and Fairylympics. They are fairly important villains early in the series, but have very few appearances after Foop is born.

Foop

[edit]
A Foop costume at 2009 San Diego Comic-Con

Foop (voiced by Eric Bauza) is the Anti-double of Poof and the son of Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda. He is supposedly the first Anti-Fairy baby born in 9,000 years. Since every Fairy must have an Anti-Fairy counterpart, Poof's Anti-Fairy counterpart was born to Anti-Wanda and Anti-Cosmo, with the former giving birth since in Anti-Fairy Pregnancy females do so, as opposed to males giving birth in Fairy Pregnancy. Because Poof is so nice and attracts so much positive attention, Foop is evil and is extremely jealous of his counterpart. Foop wants nothing but to destroy Poof, and he cares not for anyone who gets in his way including his fellow Anti-Fairies. Unlike Poof, who causes bad things to happen when he cries, Foop causes good things to happen. Foop is the only known anti-fairy for not having its name starting with anti.

Foop resembles Poof, but he is shaped like a cube rather than a ball. He also was born with a black mustache and goatee on his face, the kind typically seen on stereotypical villains or drawn on pictures as vandalism. His pajamas are slightly darker blue than his skin, and they have a skull symbol on them. Foop has bat wings and a black crown like all Anti-Fairies. His wand is a baby bottle with bat wings on the side, as opposed to Poof's rattle. He also speaks with a stereotypical British gentleman accent. Foop has a second personality thanks to being in Abracatraz too long. It supports Poof, causing him to argue with himself. Since he is the anti-fairy counterpart of Poof, Foop's name is actually Poof's name backwards (Anti-Cosmo noting after he named him that the name sounded far more evil in his head than it turned out in reality). Foop may be a parody of Family Guy character Stewie Griffin as the two characters both have the same personalities and speak in British accents.

Pixies

[edit]

Pixies Inc. (all voiced by Ben Stein), are an organization of magical creatures who are like faries, but they treat magic like it's a business, portrayed as monotonous businessmen who do not like anything that is fun. The pixies utilize mobile phones instead of wands, dress in predominantly greyscale outfits, and require that wishes be submitted as multiple written copies and be subject to approval. The Head Pixie (H.P.) and Sanderson are the two heads of Pixies Inc. On numerous occasions, they have attempted to take over Fairy World and replace all fairies with pixies using elaborate business schemes. In their self-titled debut episode, they managed to pull this feat off in a hostile takeover, and also gave Cosmo the position of rice president; however, the fairies later regain control when Timmy challenges the Head Pixie to a winner-take-all round of miniature golf. The Pixies serve as the main villains of School's Out! The Musical and Fairly OddBaby, and Fairylympics. All pixies (other than H.P.) are identical to Sanderson. Despite their deadpan personalities, any musical numbers they are a part of are most often with them rhyming like hip-hop emcees.

The Bronze Kneecap

[edit]

The Bronze Kneecap (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) is the archenemy of the Crimson Chin. it was mentioned in the episode the masked magician he used to be Ron Hambone, he was a former famous jai alai player known for his numerous third-place wins. At one point, he was about to claim a first-place win for the first time, only to trip over the Crimson Chin's eponymous chin. This led him to melt his trophies into a villain suit, and was known from then on as The Bronze Kneecap. His primary goal is to take revenge on the Chin, and is often shown sticking out his kneecap, saying "Don't make me use this". He has also robbed banks, although it is mentioned that he does not require the money due to his wealth. He remains a villain because of a lack of an apology from the Chin. In the first Crimson Chin webtoon, he had the Chin strapped to a giant mechanical leg, and would have had his enemy pulverised by a giant doctor robot, until Timmy's intervention in freeing the Chin. The reflex however caused the leg to kick a giant soccer ball towards the City Hall of Chincinnati, which Timmy deflected back onto the Kneecap. was mentioned in the episode the masked magician

Nega Chin

[edit]

The Nega Chin (voiced by Jay Leno) is a comic book villain and evil clone of the Crimson Chin, who possesses the same powers. He wears a dark gray costume instead of red, has pointed teeth and red eyes.

Doctor Bender

[edit]

Doctor Bender (voiced by Gilbert Gottfried in "The Same Game", "Scary GodParents", and "Shiny Teeth"; Butch Hartman onwards) is an evil dentist. He has an obsession with perfect teeth and is intolerant toward anyone who does not have quality teeth like his. He hates Timmy the most for his massive overbite, and was first seen in "The Same Game". His son, Wendell (also voiced by Gottfried), is just as tooth-hygienic as he is, but hates it when his dad scares off other kids, using this as a reason for being friendless. As a dentist, Dr. Bender enjoys performing seemingly pointless work on children's teeth. He even encourages children to eat refined sugar to boost his business, as seen in the Halloween episode "Scary God Parents". He once stole Chip Skylark's shiny teeth, but lost them to Timmy, who used special tools from the Tooth Fairy to get them back. He makes a cameo in School's Out! The Musical during the "Kids Just Being Kids" and "Adults Ruin Everything" songs. He was last seen in "Teeth For Two".

Dark Laser

[edit]

Dark Laser (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) is a toy from a catalog that Timmy brought to life in "Hard Copy". He became a recurrent villain in season six, appearing in "Mission: Responsible", "The End of Universe-ity", "Dread ’n’ Breakfast", "Please Don't Feed The Turners" and "Momnipresent". He is a spoof of Darth Vader from the Star Wars film series. In "Escape from Unwish Island", he helped Imaginary Gary to defeat Timmy. Dark Laser also has a toy dog called Flipsie, which was also made by Timmy in the magic copier. He teams up with Timmy to defeat the darkness in Wishology, in exchange for the chance to destroy Timmy, but he was blasted into the Darkness along with Timmy's friends, family, and other enemies by the Destructinator. He also has an ex-wife and still has her fur coat.

Of all the unwished wishes on Unwish Island, Dark Laser is the only one who has appeared again following "Escape from Unwish Island".

Norm the Genie

[edit]

Norm (voiced by Norm MacDonald in the series and by Robert Cait in Fairy Idol) is a genie tired of being trapped in his lava lamp. He longs to be a fairy godparent and sabotages a "Fairy Idol" contest to become one. Norm hates Canada (ironically, both Norm MacDonald and Tara Strong, the voices of himself and Timmy/Poof, were born in Canada), apparently because they've "had it too good for too long". Norm has appeared in several episodes to torment Timmy. He was named after the actor who voices him, Norm MacDonald. In the episode "Back to the Norm", Norm joined forces with Crocker to attempt to destroy Timmy Turner, but grew tired of Crocker's multiple failures in his plots. In the end, he asked Timmy to send Crocker to Mars (a repeated suggestion throughout the episode which Crocker ignored). Norm can't escape from three things: magic lamps or lava lamps, the charms of Barbara Eden, and Smoof as shown in "Genie Meanie Minie Mo".

Princess Mandie

[edit]

Princess Mandie (voiced by Tara Strong) is Mark's terrifying former fianceé; a barbaric extraterrestrial princess who can perhaps be best described as psychotically violent. Antagonized by Mark's intimidation about her and his refusal to marry her, Mandie constantly plots revengeful, bloodthirsty murder against him and he often seeks Timmy's assistance in providing shelter from the princess's deadly ways. As a running gag, many regard Mandie as physically attractive (most notably Cosmo, who often must poorly-disguise his slight infatuation for Mandie from his wife) with the exception of Mark Chang himself, due to the reversed order of Yugopotamians' views on attractiveness. Princess Mandie is extraordinarily dangerous, destructive, and hostile, going so far as to swing axes at people who mispronounce her name (the "correct" pronunciation is Man-DIE, instead of Mandy), and the only reasons provided for her desire for Mark's hand in marriage is her lust for power, which she may gain after wedding Mark and being hailed as queen of Yugopotamia. In an episode, Vicky fought with her and Vicky won. Mandie was arrested in Yugopotamia.

Remy Buxaplenty

[edit]

Remy Buxaplenty (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) is an archetypical wealthy kid, one of Timmy's rivals. Despite being very rich, Remy is usually unhappy due to his wealth-distracted parents, who are even more neglectful of him than Timmy's parents are of him, often forgetting his name and even that he is their son; the reason why he has a fairy godparent, Wanda's ex-boyfriend Juandissimo. Both Remy and Timmy are aware of each other's fairy godparents, discovering them on their own. He continuously tries to remove Timmy's fairies, primarily out of jealousy of not having both fairy and human parents who love him. In the episode the big bash almost at the end it seems he and Timmy put aside their differences and become friends, but in the episode Operation F.U.N. he betrays Timmy and they become enemies again. Aside from Timmy, he is the only known child in the series with a fairy godparent, though many episodes have featured a cameo of at least one unknown child with his/her fairy godparent. His last name is a pun of "Bucks a Plenty." He will be returning to the series in Season 9.

Imaginary Gary

[edit]

Imaginary Gary (voiced by Jason Marsden) is Timmy's super cool imaginary friend who was angry because Timmy didn't play with him for five years and wants vengeance. He currently resides on Unwish Island with Timmy Turner’s other unwished wishes, being served by copies of Timmy produced by a magic copier.

Wishology villains

[edit]
  • The Darkness is a big dark cloud which can swallow anything. All it wants is friends. It is turned into "the Kindness" in the end of the final movie by Poof's smile, the Fire Wand in Fairy World, the Wind Wand on the dark side of the blue moon of the V-Gon system, and an Ice Wand on each planet in the solar system (except for Uranus).
  • Destructinator is the "Lead Eliminator.". It absorbs powers and weapons, and, over time, became very powerful. It was defeated after Timmy pushed the button for his deathinator.
  • Eliminators are the basic villains in the movie. They can absorb weapons and eliminate people by sucking them into their bodies. In the end of the final movie, they become the "Hugginators".

Other characters

[edit]

Fairies

[edit]
  • Jorgen Von Strangle (voiced by Daran Norris), the toughest fairy in the Universe who speaks with an Austrian accent and is a high-ranking official in Fairy World. He uses an over-sized wand, is the tallest fairy, and is one of the very few fairies who do not levitate in the series. Unlike other fairies who "poof" from place to place, Jorgen appears and disappears in the form of an atomic explosion and has a jet pack instead of wings (he has stated in "The Temp" that he has them because the normal fairy wands and wings are "too wimpy/girly" for him). In "The Zappies", he mentioned he has had only one godchild, Winston; the reason for this, as revealed in "Temporary Fairy", is that his extreme wish-granting and daredevil stunts unnecessarily endanger the lives of godchildren. He is a big supporter of "Da Rules. He is sadistic and enjoys the idea of others cowering in fear of him, which affects his ability to have friends beside Cosmo and Wanda. Although Jorgen is known as the toughest fairy in Fairy World, he is seen multiple times crying in front of Cosmo and Wanda. Jorgen has a smaller wand hidden in his boot, as seen in Wishology. Over the course of the series, his relationship with Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda has changed. In the start of the series that they showed him he was a lot more rough and meaner to Cosmo, Wanda, and Timmy but as the series went on he has gotten much softer and nicer to them. It is later revealed in "Cosmo Rules" that Cosmo is his distant (and possibly long-lost) cousin. Based on his voice and mannerisms, he appears to be a parody of Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the live movies A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! and A Fairly Odd Christmas, he is played by Mark Gibbon.
  • Binky Abdul (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker), a meek yet optimistic fairy who is always getting hurt or beaten up by Jorgen. He is the star of the former Fairy World TV show "Leave It to Binky" and is managed by his mother. He was featured as a main character in "Timmy the Barbarian". His last name, Abdul, is supposed to be a parody of Paula Abdul, a former judge from the singing contest show American Idol.
  • Juandissimo Magnifico (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) (Pronounced wan-DEE-see-mo) is Remy Buxaplenty's sexy, beefcake fairy godparent and speaks with a Spanish accent. His rule book is titled El Rules instead of the regular Da Rules. He is often a villain in the episodes in which he appears, along with Remy Buxaplenty but is actually a kind fairy whom Timmy considers a friend. He thinks he is the best-looking fairy in the world. He is also Wanda's ex-boyfriend and is still infatuated over her, much to Cosmo's chagrin. He occasionally rips his tight white shirts with his muscles, sometimes even several times consecutively. He works as a massage practitioner. Wanda has returned his feelings once, being shot by Cupid's arrow.
  • Cupid (voiced by Tom Kenny) is extremely effeminate and promotes love across the universe, yet his arrogance contrasts his love-themed abilities. In "Love Struck", it was revealed that Cupid loses his powers and gets sick if there is no love in the world.
  • The April Fool (voiced by Daran Norris) is a character who pulls bad pranks and is sent back to Fairy World if they can't be completed[clarification needed]. His nasal voice and trademark punchline "What's up with that?" are modeled after comedian Jerry Seinfeld[citation needed]. He is also a doctor where Rip Studwell works.
  • Blonda Fairywinkle (voiced by Tara Strong and Susanne Blakeslee), Wanda's famous twin sister and Poof's only known aunt, stars in Jorgen von Strangle's favorite Fairy World soap opera All My Biceps. According to Wanda, their mother favored Blonda as a child. The two originally hated each other openly (a popular method being a samurai sword fight to the death), believing that the other had the easy life, but they made peace[episode needed] shortly after they assumed each other's lives and discovered just how tough they both have it. Blonda is a direct parody of Susan Lucci, in that, despite being favored by fans, has always been passed up for a Zappy Award (the Fairy World version of an Emmy Award) for her work on a famous soap opera. The original voice actor was Seinfeld's Julia Louis-Dreyfus, which was uncredited, according to the creator Butch Hartman.[3]
  • Big Daddy Fairywinkle (voiced by Tony Sirico), Wanda and Blonda's father, is the only fairy in Fairy World who can take care of stinky magic, and is one of the few beings who can intimidate Jorgen. He is the head of both Fairy World's garbage disposal company and mafia. Big Daddy dresses and speaks like a 1930's mafia boss. He also mentions that he dislikes Cosmo for his stupidity and inability to listen to Wanda. Despite his devoted love for his daughter Wanda, Big Daddy does not seem to mind Mama Cosma's motives of destroying her; in contrast, he becomes more attracted to her every attempt. Big Daddy is Poof's only remaining grandfather.
  • Mama Cosma (voiced by Jane Carr), Cosmo and Schnozmo's mother, loathes Wanda and repeatedly attempts to get rid of her because of the over-protective bond she has with her son. Recently[when?], she has acted more civil toward Wanda, possibly due to Poof's birth. Mama Cosma is Poof's only known grandmother. However, this can also be attributed to when she saw footage of the torture Cosmo's blunders that wish-granting causes Wanda.
  • Schnozmo Cosma (voiced by Dana Carvey) is Cosmo's older and large-nosed brother. Although it is said by Wanda that Cosmo was an only child, Schnozmo appeared several seasons later. He is a skilled con-artist, from which Wanda tries to save Cosmo. However, he still loves Cosmo and never means to hurt him. (First seen in “Double-Oh Schnozmo”).
  • Harvey Sandman (voiced by Jackie Mason) is a fairy who owns a mattress company, and is responsible for all sleep-based wishes.
  • Joe Simek (voiced by Magdala Bedrin), Cosmo's robot companion from the episode "Future Lost." Joe and Cosmo fight off the robots with their continental breakfast to save Timmy and recently buff Denzel Crocker from the Big Brain.
  • Rip Studwell (voiced by Jim Ward and Butch Hartman) is a fairy doctor who insists on being referred to by his full name. In the episode "Hairicane", it is revealed that he wears a toupee.
  • Poof Everwish (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) is a doctor on Blonda's soap opera "All My Biceps".
  • Fairy Hart (voiced by Mary Hart) is a fairy reporter. She has made appearances in a few episodes. She is also a parody of Mary Hart.
  • Nana Boom Boom (voiced by Daran Norris) Jorgen's grandmother (basically a shorter Jorgen in a dress) who apparently shouts "BOOM BOOM" whenever she appears and makes the best brownies in all of Fairyworld.
  • Bob Glimmer (voiced by Bob Goen), another fairy reporter. He has made appearances in a few episodes.
  • The Fairy Taxi Driver, who appears before fairy godparents who are no longer needed by their godchildren.
  • Fairy Reassigner (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui), who appears in "The Switch Glitch".
  • Fairy Mason (voiced by Rob Paulsen) is a fairy lawyer who was only seen in "Genie Meanie Minie Mo".
  • Papa Cosma (voiced by Daran Norris) is Cosmo's father. He was turned into a fly by his infant son[episode needed]. He is also Poof's Grandfather.
  • Goldie Goldenglow (voiced by Jane Carr) is Poof's first girlfriend. She has the shape of a triangle. Poof and Foop fight for her love in the episode Love Triangle
  • The Easter Bunny (voiced by Robert Costanzo) is the holiday figure of the same name. He speaks with a Brooklyn accent and is often very tough in nature. He owns a dog, Halloweeniedog, which he claims is the spirit of Halloween.
  • Santa Claus (voiced by Tom Arnold (normal) and Kevin Michael Richardson (Santa)) is the holiday figure of the same name. He is pictured in the form of a thin businessman with neat hair and a clean beard who runs his business as a factory called Kringle Inc. Each year at Christmastime, he is given magic by all the fairies of Fairy World that transforms him into his more familiar appearance, until he gives back the magic after Christmas. As a result of Timmy's Wish in "Merry Wishmas", he decided to close his factory and move from the North Pole to Timmy's House.
  • Baby New Year is the holiday icon of the same name who is pictured as being extremely large and strong.

Kids

[edit]
  • Chester McBadbat (voiced by Frankie Muniz (2001–2003); Jason Marsden (2003–present)) is a braces-wearing kid, and one of Timmy's best friends. He lives in a trailer with his father in an impoverished community with few amenities. Although his mother was mentioned in the episode "Teeth for Two", she has not been revealed in the show. He is generous and cares more for others than himself, as every time he's obtained magic, he has used his wishes to try to improve the lives of others, even though it usually leads to disaster. He becomes the only classmate of Timmy to know about his godparents' existence in Fairy Idol, but loses his knowledge of this after wishing everything back to normal. He often wears worn in, over sized clothes. He has freckles, green eyes, braces which are big X's on his teeth, and blonde shaggy hair and eyebrows.
  • AJ Mechawegger (voiced by Ibrahim Haneef Muhammad (2001–2003), Gary LeRoi Gray (2003–present)) is Timmy's former best friend and the resident genius in Timmy's class, and one of his best friends. AJ comes from an upper middle class, African American background. He is a straight "A" student in school, a quality both his parents have achieved as well. He has constructed an older brother who defends him from bullies, fulfilling his need for a real one. His secret lab is the greatest lab in Dimmsdale. He plays with video games and reads comic books like his other friends, in spite of his superior intellect. His relationship with Chester is stable despite having obvious contrasts. He disguises his lab with a "cloak" button on his room wall. When pressed, it converts his lab into a typical bedroom-like room.
  • Tootie (voiced by Amber Wood in "The Fairy Flu" and by Grey DeLisle in the series and is portrayed as a live-action adult by Daniella Monet in A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner![1]) is Vicky's younger sister who's younger than Timmy, a bespectacled girl who has an obsessive crush on Timmy, often going to the extreme of spying on and stalking him; in retaliation, Timmy placed a restraining order on her in "Kung Timmy". Timmy does however have a soft spot for her and does nice things for her in several episodes, including loaning her his fairies for her birthday after Vicky ruins it. When Vicky isn't torturing the children she babysits, she tortures her in substitution. She is also jealous of Trixie. There is some controversy between who Timmy will end up with due to the end of "Channel Chasers", where his children have similarities of both Trixie and Tootie. She does not have friends, thanks to Vicky. In the live-action Fairly OddParents movie, A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!, Tootie, played by Daniella Monet from the Nickelodeon series Victorious!, is all grown-up and her physical appearance changes from plain to gorgeous. Timmy, who's also a grown-up, finally is attracted to her and thinks of giving up his fairies (who he still has) to win her heart. In "A Fairly Odd Christmas", she also has a moment at the end where the two share a kiss beneath the mistletoe.
  • Elmer (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) is a nerdy kid with a large boil with evil thoughts, whom he named Bob, on his face. He is second to A.J. in intelligence. Elmer is often picked on by Francis, more than Timmy or other kids. His boil being named Bob is a reference to Bob_Boyle_(animator) who worked at Frederator on Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom.
  • Sanjay (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) is a boy of Indian American descent. He speaks with a high pitched voice which is often accompanied by a strong accent. Sanjay often makes references to Indian animals throughout the series. Although considered as one of Timmy's back up friends, Sanjay has never visited Timmy's house. He often has to put up with his stepfather's military ways of life as if he were in boot camp.
  • Trixie Tang (voiced by Dionne Quan) is primarily Timmy's object of (unrequited) affection and also one of the wealthiest children in the city[citation needed]. In the episode "The Boy Who Would Be Queen", it is revealed that Trixie secretly loves male-oriented things and is a tomboy. In many episodes, Timmy is seen making wishes on how to get Trixie to fall for him; sometimes she does, but later rejects him due to her reputation. She, like Timmy and his friends, gained super powers in "Big Super Hero Wish", becoming Wonder Gal, gaining super strength, super speed, and super popularity. However, in the episode "Just the Two of Us", Timmy learns that Trixie's beauty is only skin-deep, as when he wishes he and Trixie were the only two beings in the universe (with Cosmo and Wanda still by his side), Trixie becomes psychotically obsessed with his attention towards her, much to Timmy's suffocation. When Timmy decides to end their relationship, an angry Trixie chases him through the outskirts of a minimall in her attempt to kill him using sporting and gardening equipment, including a helicopter to slice him in half with the propeller blades, since the missiles were sold separately. However, this does not affect Timmy's feelings for her in later episodes. During the Wishology second and third part Trixie fell in love with Timmy. Partially because he could wish up things for her but they also shared their first kiss.
  • Veronica (voiced by Grey DeLisle) is Trixie Tang's obsessive best friend, often wishing she was her. Her room is decorated with pictures, posters, and dolls of Trixie, and she frequently mangles them. She is also secretly in love with Timmy. Timmy often calls her "the crazy one." She serves as a sidegag.
  • Tad and Chad (voiced by Tara Strong and Grey DeLisle, respectively) are two of Timmy's wealthy, popular classmates. They often make fun of Timmy and other unpopular kids, and also frequently turn Trixie away from Timmy by embarrassing him or impressing her with their money. They Share many similarity's in appearance with Chester and AJ.
  • Molly (voiced by Grey DeLisle) is a tomboy goth who was sent to the Wishing Well with Timmy to learn how to make less wishes. She grew close to Timmy through the episode. She has a fear of snakes and hates when people touch her.
  • Dwight (voiced by Charlie Schlatter) is a kid who was sent to the Wishing Well along with Timmy and Molly. Dwight's worst fears are harpoons because he dreamed he was a whale, and people wanted his blubber.
  • Tommy and Tammy Turner (both voiced by Tara Strong) are Timmy and Tootie's children seen at the end of Channel Chasers. They inherit their father's godparents when they are babysat by a robot version of Vicky.

Timmy's family

[edit]
  • Mr. Turner (Daran Norris) and Mrs. Turner (Susanne Blakeslee) are Timmy's sometimes crazy (bad) and neglectful dad and mom, respectively, and have the same voice actors as Timmy's fairy godparents. Wanting to get out of the house more often, they lie to Timmy and have Vicky take care of him; they are oblivious to the fact that she is evil (even when it seems perfectly clear). They often forget his birthday, tend to punish him for situations that are beyond his control, and frequently take any possible opportunity to place Timmy in Vicky's care and have fun on their own, though they nonetheless care about him (supposedly). Many of their household appliances were made by Timmy's Dad himself such as a lawnmower and blender, though many of them are excessively dangerous. Timmy's Mom works as a real estate agent and home dealer, while Timmy's Dad is an office "pencil pusher", but in The Boss of Me, it is revealed that Timmy's Dad works as an employee of a pencil factory called Pencil Nexus. In the "Oh Yeah! Cartoons" series, they were only shown from the neck down. Their first names are Todd and Tina. Timmy's dad's name was revealed in the episode "Who's Your Daddy" and Timmy's mom's name was almost revealed in "Sooper Poof" but all that was said is "Ti-" before Timmy cut them off. Usually, when their first name is mentioned, there is a loud noise, such as a truck beeping. It is revealed in the episode "Poltergeeks" that Timmy's Dad used to be called "Mom" and that Timmy's Mom used to be called "Barnabee"; however, it may be codenames. Timmy's Dad apparently loves Eggnog, as the thing he most wants is to be a Nog-Man Superhero, or have 20,000 gallons of Eggnog. It is shown in one episode that Timmy's dad loves sock monkeys. Timmy's dad hates the Dinklebergs, the next door neighbors which can be compared to Homer Simpson's hate for Ned Flanders in The Simpsons; he only hates Dinkleberg out of jealousy since Dinkleberg has better things than him. Timmy's parents also appear oblivious to the frequent use of magic in their home even when it is right in front of them. Such instances include them commonly seeing pink and green objects with blinking eyes (Cosmo and Wanda in disguise) and the fish they do not remember buying (Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof), yet they never notice, never paying more than a momentary ponderance to why bizarre magical creations appear in their home or how Timmy manages to complete seemingly impossible tasks. If they see something that Timmy wished for, and ask him where he got it, Timmy will claim he got it from the internet, which they always believe. In Abra-Catastrophe!, they begin to count up the hundreds of lies they have told Timmy over the years, and learn the truth from Timmy about his fairy godparents. They immediately begin telling the truth to him from this point on. In later episodes, Timmy hints that his parents have made strict rules on wishing for things and he may get grounded for going too far on the wishes. In a later season it was revealed in an episode that Timmy's Mom was a double agent for the U.S.S.R. with a disguise of a being a CIA agent. Timmy's mom and dad were once ghost hunters called the poltergeeks until Chet Ubetcha ran them across town. In "One Man Banned" Timmy's dad was revealed to be a bongo player and his album titled "Bingo Bongo" went platinum. Other albums include "I Wanna Hold Your Freedom" and his holiday album "Yuval The Red Haired Molerat". Timmy's mom is the troop leader for Tootie's Cream Puffs Troop. A running gag is that they always seemed to be called "Timmy's (insert relation)", despite some not actually knowing Timmy himself, instead of Mr. Turner or Mrs. Turner.
  • Grandpa Vlad (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) and Grandma Gladys Vladislavpov (voiced by Grey DeLisle) Timmy's maternal grandparents, are Ustinkestanian immigrants[citation needed] who came to Dimmsdale fifty years prior to the series to open a Yak-based fast food restaurant, "Yak-in-the-Box"(parody of "Jack-In-The-Box).Their restaurant became a national chain, making them millionaires. They do not visit often, due to their disliking of Timmy's Dad (whom they refer to as "son-in-law-we-don't-like") often bringing him sacks of animals such as weasels, badgers, etc. but work nearby at their original restaurant. However, he still likes them and their gifts.
  • Pappy (voiced by Daran Norris) is Timmy's paternal grandfather who only appears in "The Good Old Days!" He's the reason Timmy has his ridiculous buck teeth; he forgot to take Timmy's binkie out of his mouth when babysitting him.

Superheroes

[edit]
  • Crimson Chin (voiced by Jay Leno), Timmy's, and many young children living today, favorite hero who has a huge chin. He sometimes comes to the real world with the help of Cosmo and Wanda. His sidekick is Cleft, Timmy's alter ego, and has canine sidekicks, Ace and Clefto (or Cosmo and Wanda). He was also able to learn of Timmy's fairies. He lives in "Chincinnati"(a parody of Cincinnati), and his real identity is Charles Hampton "CHuck" INdigo (a play on the word "CHIN" and a Clark Kent type alter ego), a news writer for the Daily Blabbity (a parody of the Daily Planet in Superman).
  • Catman (voiced by Adam West) is Adam West's alter ego. He is considered insane by most people[citation needed] since he thinks he's part cat because of a TV show he was part of that was cancelled 30 years ago. But he's a good friend of Timmy's. Despite getting himself in trouble (such as in Go Young, West Man) and appearing unable to behave like a normal human being, he does help Timmy when needed and is genuinely caring about his friend and city. He suffers from severe Cynophobia.
  • Crash Nebula (voiced by David Kaufman in the Crash Nebula special) is a fictional space hero whose television show Timmy and his friends watch. A slightly different version of Crash Nebula was introduced in an episode of the same name, which served as a backdoor pilot episode to another Butch Hartman series, but it was never green-lit by Nickelodeon and now this character is rarely mentioned in The Fairly OddParents universe.
  • Golden Locks (voiced by Grey DeLisle) is a heroine that was created by Timmy Turner, who wanted to create a love interest for the Crimson Chin, but backfired when the comics focused more on love than action.

Other villains

[edit]
  • Dr. Vulkan is a villain in episode "Emotion Commotion", he is described by one of agents as most scary, diabolical spy of all-time.
  • The Titanium Toenail is a villain in the Crimson Chin comic. He can shoot sharp blades to destroy things.
  • Spatula Woman (voiced by Grey DeLisle) is a female villain in the Crimson Chin comic. She uses a giant spatula to fight.
  • Short Fuse is a tiny villain in the Crimson Chin comic. He is one of the main villains to appear in "Big Superhero Wish", where it is revealed he blows up when people call him "small","short"and "tiny".
  • H2Olga (voiced by Tara Strong) is a water-based villain in the Crimson Chin comic. In "The Crime Wave", it is revealed she becomes more powerful when she absorbs more water. She speaks with a Russian accent.
  • The Bronze Kneecap (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) is a nemesis of the Crimson Chin. He employs a number of weapons from the kneecaps of his bronze suit. He is featured in some of the episodes in which Timmy Turner reads or wishes himself into the Crimson Chin comic books. His real name is Ron Hambone.
  • Nega Chin (voiced by Jay Leno) is the opposite of the Crimson Chin from a nega universe version of the Crimson Chin's world.
  • The Iron Lung is a metal-based villain in the Crimson Chin comic. It can suck anything, but was beaten by Chin and Cleft. In the webtoons, the Lung tried to ruin the Cincinnati 200th anniversary, not just by blowing out the candle on the giant birthday cake commemorating the event, but blowing it towards the Statue of Cincinnati. Cleft of course stopped the Lung by producing a 1937 Hewlett-Packard and used its smog-producing engine's exhaust to choke the Lung and then corked the Lung's mouth shut.
  • The Golden Gut is a villain in the Crimson Chin Comic. His stomach is made of weighted metal, which extends from his body and rams into his adversaries.
  • The Copper Cranium is an enemy of the Crimson Chin, that made his first, and so far only, appearance in the Crimson Chin webtoons. He tried to use his giant spring-loaded extra skull to break into the First National Bank.
  • Gilded Arches (voiced by Rob Paulsen) is an enemy of the Crimson Chin who has long legs and feet, a side effect. He was once a former child star (his feet and legs grew when he hit puberty), but turned bad and tried to destroy any and all theatres that no longer showed his movies (that included the "Someguy" Asian-American movie house, as they never let Arches put his feet in their cement). He hasn't appeared in the show yet, but did appear in the Crimson Chin Webcomic and Breakin' Da Rules.
  • Brass Knuckles (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) a.k.a. Coslo Puncholowski, is a hand-to-hand combat villain who has attempted to defeat the Crimson Chin in battle. He doesn't hit girls. He was also responsible for a three-state burglary spree of nail salons, glove factories and the bank (because somebody had to pay for all those manicures and gloves). He had easily outpowered the Chin in a boxing match between the two, until Cleft cleverly produced a giant magnet to turn Knuckles' knuckle dusters against him (smartly playing a quick game of "Why are you hitting yourself?").
  • Super Bike (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) is a talking bike, mad because Timmy left him behind due to his obsessive and jealous nature. He is seen in "Super Bike" and helps Gary in "Escape from Unwished Island".
  • Super Toilet is a large toilet of which Cosmo is afraid. It was first appeared in "Super Bike". What makes this villain useful is that it can flush anything. It helped Gary in "Escape from Unwished Island". Whenever Super Toilet appears or being referred in the series, Cosmo would have a trauma while thumbsucking, and would say "So Much Clogging!", causing Cosmo to have a fear of toilets or being flushed by a toilet.
  • Ms. Doombringer, a.k.a. Ms. Sunshine (voiced by Carolyn Lawrence) is Timmy's kind substitute teacher who eventually becomes a permanent fairy hunter teacher. She made golden stars made of fairy hunting dust. She also made red blade stars and changed her name to Ms. Doombringer. She appeared in the episode "No Substitute for Crazy".
  • Tom Sawyer (voiced by Grey DeLisle) is a book character who wreaks havoc in various books in "A Shelf Life".

Aliens

[edit]
  • Mark Chang (voiced by Rob Paulsen) is the alien prince of Yugopotamia (a word play on Yugoslavia and Mesopotamia). His species is generally militant and love painful or disgusting things, which is the reason why Mark fell in love with Vicky. Because Timmy has proven invulnerable to most of the things that harm Yugopotamians, such as chocolate, flowers and teddy bears, they erroneously believe him to be a great warrior. He has a fiancée named Mandie, whom he fled to Earth to avoid marrying. He currently lives in the Dimmsdale dump, disguised as a human called Justin Jake Aston, using a machine fixed on his belt called an Image Fakeifier, which reproachfully breaks down and is need of repairs by Timmy's Fairies. He is one of the few people who knows of Timmy's fairy godparents because of meeting through a wish.
  • King Grippulon (voiced by Rob Paulsen) is the alien king of Yugopotamia and Mark's father. He apparently doesn't have a close relationship with Mark, which is evident in the Halloween special, in which it was believed that Mark was killed he stated that he would mourn over him for 90,000 Yugopotamian days (equivalent to one second on Earth) before ordering his guards to unfreeze a clone of him.
  • Queen Jipjorrulac (voiced by Laraine Newman) is the alien queen of Yugopotamia and Mark's mother. She is apparently much closer to Mark as she was devastated when it was believed he was killed. It is also shown that she sometimes feels unappreciated by her husband and son such as in the episode "Planet Poof."
  • Jeff (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) and Erik (voiced by Butch Hartman) are Mark's best friends from another planet. They appear in the episodes Spaced Out, Totally Spaced Out, and Scary Godparents.
  • Princess Mandie, (voiced by Tara Strong) is one of Yogopotamia's enemies, in love with Mark so she could get married and become queen. Mandie is from an evil warrior planet and has attempted to destroy Yugopotamia twice. Her name is pronounced "Man-DIE", hence her evil state, as opposed to "Mandy".
  • Gigglepies (voiced by Tara Strong and Grey DeLisle) the gigglepies are cute bunnies that try to get rid of the Yugopotamians to sell merchandise. They can hypnotize people with their cuteness. Each gigglepie has a necklace and antenna on its head. There are 3 main gigglepies. Overlord Glee the leader of the gigglepies, Trilly the Trust gigglepie, and Boo Boo the Funny gigglepie. The only gigglepie that is not evil is Trilly the trust gigglepie. The gigglepies are also Yugopotamia's enemies.
  • Overlord Glee was the leader of the gigglepies. Overlord Glee is a white gigglepie unlike the other gigglepies. He has a crown necklace and a crown antenna indicating he is the leader. Overlord Glee is more evil then the other gigglepies. He has a nice form and a scary form. When he is mad, he turns to his devious, scary form.
  • Trilly The Trust Gigglepie(voiced by Grey DeLisle) is the only gigglepie that is not evil. Trilly loved Cosmo and wanda, so she hypnotized them to stay, not knowing Timmy was in trouble. Trilly was nice and sweet, unlike Overlord Glee and the other gigglepies. Trilly helped Cosmo, Wanda and Timmy. She took them to the leader Overlord Glee and then they found out that the Yugopotamians were in trouble. Trilly was the only gigglepie not eaten. Trilly was a yellow bunny with a heart antenna and a necklace with a heart on it.
  • Boo Boo The Funny Gigglepie is a silent gigglepie, Trilly introduced Cosmo, Wanda, and Timmy to him. He loved to tickle Timmy. Boo Boo was in line with the other gigglepies. He was singing Sound Off with them. Sound off is a famous gigglepie song. Boo Boo was in the castle with the other gigglepies. Cosmo loved Boo Boo and snuggled him. Then he said the gigglepies were cute enough to eat. Cosmo ate Boo Boo whole and then spat him back out. Cosmo said they taste like manure. Boo Boo turned into a pile of gigglepie fluff on the ground. The Yugopotamians did not eat him either, because they thought he was just fluff.

Celebrities

[edit]
  • Chip Skylark III (voiced by Chris Kirkpatrick) is a widely popular teen singing sensation who meets with Timmy Turner after he had wished that the worst possible non-lethal thing would happen to him, which turned out to being stuck with Vicky. His birthday is revealed to be the same as Timmy's (March 21) but due to his busy schedule, is never able to celebrate it. His mother is (according to Fairly Odd Wiki) to be of Asian descent. His hit songs include "Icky Vicky", "My Shiny Teeth and Me", and "Find Your Voice". In spite of his talents and fame, Chip Skylark revealed himself to actually be broke, since his record company pays for everything. Skylark's fame and popularity faced three plunges during the course of his career, but was always able to come back up again thanks to help from Timmy and his fairy godparents. The first time was when Vicky held him hostage so she could marry him for his money against his will when he was supposed to be at a concert with thousands of fans (namely women and Timmy's Dad) but then dumped him because he was broke. The second time was when, just before he was to shoot a new video for a song, the evil dentist Dr. Bender and his son Wendell stole Chip Skylark's shiny teeth, leaving him only with gums and able to speak only with mumbles. The third time was when Timmy wished for Chip Skylark's better-sounding singing voice. This resulted in Chip having Timmy's voice, which sounded so bad it broke any piece of glass that was nearby when he tried to sing, as opposed to his original voice, which sounded good enough to put any broken glass back.[4] Chip Skylark is modeled after Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC who also voices him. After the episode "Chip Off The Old Chip," Chip Skylark is no longer used as a full-time character.
  • Doug Dimmadome (voiced by Jim Ward) is the owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome and several other buildings in Dimmsdale, and the richest man in the city. The top of his hat is usually never seen, because it is infinitely large in height, although in some episodes like "Nectar of the Odds" it's shown as a normal sized hat. He also has a long lost son, Dale, who slaved for Vicky making lemonade. The character is always introduced with "I'm Doug Dimmadome", followed by "Doug Dimmadome?" from whoever he is introducing himself to.
  • Chet Ubetcha (voiced by Jim Ward) is a vertically challenged newscaster, known for his trademark line "I'm Chet Ubetcha". In The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker, it is revealed that he was not originally small, but was mutated by radiation from '80s cellular phones. In Abra-Catastrophe! his name was changed during Crocker's reign.
  • Bradley "Brad" Cuspidor (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) is the announcer of the Teeth TV channel, and often promotes Chip Skylark's latest hit.
  • Skip Sparkypants (voiced by Chris Kirkpatrick) is a rival of Chip Skylark who lives in his shadow. He resembles Chip, but has a different color scheme and wears sparky pants.
  • Writer of The Crimson Chin (played by Patton Oswalt) is a middle-aged man who lives with his mother. He is first mentioned in "Chin Up", where Timmy calls him a 40-year-old geek who lives with his mom. Aside from Scott Hamilton in "The Fairy World Games," he is the only character to play a live-action scene.
  • Britney Britney (voiced by Tara Strong) is a spoof of Britney Spears. At the end of "The Masked Magician!" she briefly appeared as the villain the Platinum Princess to target Mr. Bickles for destroying her concert earlier in the episode.
  • Sylvester Calzone (voiced by Jim Ward) is a spoof of Sylvester Stallone. He mumbles when speaking much like Stallone's character of Rocky Balboa.
  • Arnold Schwartzengerman (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) is a spoof of Arnold Schwarzenegger, even using his quote of "I'll be back", with the addition of "With weapons!"
  • Morgan Freeman is a cameo character in "The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour" friend of Sheen.
  • Vanilla Ice has a cameo in the episode "Wishology." He is shown selling carpets, to which Wanda says, "Oh, so that's what you do now."

Cameo actors

[edit]
  • Jay Leno as the Crimson Chin, a recurring guest voice actor for Timmy's favorite comic book hero whose personality is based on him. He first appeared in "Chin Up".
  • Adam West (playing himself), usually called "TV's Adam West" in-universe, is often seen dressing up as "Catman" (in reference to West's original portrayal of Batman). In "Go Young, West Man", it is revealed that, during his childhood, he never received a chance to be a real kid. He is currently a rat exterminator since the episode 9 Lives.
  • Billy Blanks (playing himself) appeared in "Kung Timmy".
  • Scott Hamilton (playing himself) was Timmy's co-anchor at "The Fairly World Games", thinking it was a dream.
  • Stephen Hawking appeared in "Remy Rides Again".
  • James Piercy (playing himself)[episode needed]
  • KISS (with voices Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley) appeared as fairy guardians in Wishology.
  • Patton Oswalt (live-action) as the Crimson Chin creator.

Inanimate objects

[edit]
  • Bob is the name of the blemish on Elmer's face, who has a genius mind of its own and plans to rule the world.
  • Philip is Cosmo's favorite nickel. According to him, Phillip is good at math. Although it has a male name, Phillip is actually a female nickel. She first appeared in "Spaced Out" and was featured in "Hassle in the Castle."
  • Rock is a rock more popular than Timmy, as shown in "Most-Wanted Wish."

Others

[edit]
  • Principal Geraldine Waxelplax (voiced by Grey DeLisle) is the principal of Dimmsdale Elementary. It is revealed in "The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker" she used to be in love with Crocker in the '70s and '80s until he became fairy obsessed, but still harbors feelings for him. She is frosting intolerant, but loves snacks and sweets such as jam donuts.
  • The Dinklebergs (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui as Sheldon Dinkleberg) are the Turners' next-door neighbors and Timmy's Dad's arch-enemies. Timmy's Dad often comments on their technologically superior items. They seem to surpass the Turners in everything. It is revealed in "The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker" that Sheldon Dinkleburg was the boyfriend of Timmy's mom in the 70's and 80's during college where Timmy's dad was a janitor in the same school. Originally, Mr. Dinkleburg was selfish, seeing as he dumped Timmy's mother, but became kinder with age; he puts up with Mr. Turner's hatred of him, and even humors the ridiculous theories about himself Turner comes up with. The extent of his kindess is seen when he reveals the charade of being a villain to Timmy, and even giving him cash and a bike as thanks for keeping it a secret.
  • Bucky McBadbat (voiced by Rob Paulsen) is Chester's father who was a former baseball player, but was kicked out of the MLB for being, as Timmy Turner once said, "the worst baseball player ever!". He wore a paper bag on his head because of the shame of being a failure as a baseball player. He first appeared in the episode "Foul Balled". His face was shown in the episode "Fairy Idol" and he strongly resembles Chester.
  • Vicky and Tootie's Parents (voiced by Jim Ward and Tara Strong, respectively) are the unnamed parents of Vicky and Tootie, who first appeared in "Channel Chasers". They are revealed to be fully aware of their daughter Vicky's bad behavior, but are too fearful to put a stop to it. According to the video game "Breakin' Da Rules", the mother's name is Nicky and she acted a lot like Tootie as a kid; she fell in love with a time travelling Timmy Turner immediately. However, in an earlier episode where Vicky babysat Timmy at her home, she's afraid of what they'll do to her when he wrecks the place. Vicky's father's name is unknown, though it is obvious she takes after him. It is unknown if there is any connection between the family and Vick, Denzel Crocker's babysitter who resembled a male version of Vicky. If Vicky's dad and Vick are indeed the same person, he seems to have mellowed out with age.
  • Mr. Tang is Trixie Tang's father,(Voice by Frank Welker) who first appeared in "Information Stupor Highway". He is short and wears glasses.
  • AJ's Parents (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson and Daisy Carson) have appeared in several episodes, notably "Information Stupor Highway" and "Sleepover and Over" for his mother and father respectively, and are shown to be wealthier than the Turner family. They seem slightly overprotective of AJ, such as when his father put a parental block on the television that prevented him for watching anything non-educational, but are still easily duped by Vicky's schemes in episodes like "MicroPhony".
  • Mr. Bickles (voiced by Jim Ward) is Timmy's drama teacher. He was featured in "The Masked Magician!", where he tried to become a magician. A running gag is he always has a "new dream". They consistently fail, usually as the result of something Timmy has done (despite Timmy not doing this intentionally).
  • Mayor of Dimmsdale (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) is the cities' mayor for life who was first introduced in "Dream Goat!", where he is very protective (and somewhat jealous) of the cities famous mascot, Chompy the Goat, who in later episodes seems to become a very good friend of the Mayors, and sometimes a literal scapegoat for when the Mayor needs to blame something on someone.
  • Bouncer is a burly man who first appeared along with the popular kids he protects in the episode "A Wish Too Far!". His purpose on the show is to simply toss Timmy and other unpopular students into the garbage when they try to talk to popular students like Trixie. It is revealed in the episode "Mind Over Magic" when Timmy accidentally reads his thoughts, that Bouncer never finished college.
  • Mrs. Dolores Crocker (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) is Mr. Crocker's mother. She is the only one who lives with her son in their house and first appeared in "Information Stupor Highway". She is not really caring about her son's dignity, which is proven in that episode, where she wanted Mr. Crocker to try on her red rubber dress and then take photos of him. Timmy later used to upload on the internet in exchange for photos that Mr. Crocker tried to upload to provide irrefutable proof of the existence of his Fairy Godparents. Her appearance is of having similar facial features to her son, but also being much shorter and likes to wear dresses. In the episode "The Odd Couple" her real name Dolores Day is revealed.
  • Ricky was Vicky's boyfriend in the episode "The Odd Couple". He readily left Vicky for who he thought was a rich and gorgeous woman, but was really Mrs. Crocker.
  • The Boring Dog who could Shoot Boring Boo is the star of a boring movie rented by Timmy's parents in "Action Packed".
  • Mr. Berkenbake (voiced by Rob Paulsen) is the school paper editor at Dimmsdale Elementary. His two big appearances are in "The Big Scoop", "Genie Meanie Minnie Mo".
  • Turbo Thunder (voiced by Brendan Fraser) is the original "chosen one" in Wishology. Because of his initials and pink attire, the future fairies mistoke Timmy for the correct chosen one. Although he has features similar to Timmy's, he is from a planet named Wonder World, whose inhabitants have superpowers.
  • Rocko & Moose Timmy's Bodyguards in "For Emergencies Only", who enviably turn on him by being paid by Francis, who stole the money from third graders.
  • Vicky's Brother Vicky's younger brother who only appears in the "Oh Yeah!" cartoon pilot. Usually Vicky babysits him on the weekends, but hides innapropriate magazines in his room where Vicky's parents ground him. His only appearance featured him screaming when Vicky calls her house. When season 1 started, he was replaced by Tootie.
  • Zippy is a squirell which is appeared in One Man Banned.
