August 2018[edit]

Hello, I'm Bagumba. Your recent edit to the page Carmelo Anthony appears to have added premature information about a reported sports transaction, so it has been removed for now. The transaction is based on anonymous sources and/or awaiting an official announcement. If you believe the transaction has been completed, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. —Bagumba (talk) 10:00, 13 August 2018 (UTC)

Baseball league leaders edits[edit]

  • It is great that you like to update the league leaders for the current baseball season, but please wait until all of the games have been played for the day and update them all for every spot that is needed. Thank you.

Justus Sheffield[edit]

Sheffield and German have not yet been promoted. They will be promoted on Tuesday. Checking the roster link could've confirmed that. Please don't do this again. – Muboshgu (talk) 00:39, 17 September 2018 (UTC)

Adrián Beltré[edit]

I reverted your addition to Adrián Beltré because:

  • You didn't provide a citation for the information
  • You inserted the information immediately before an existing citation: this could mislead the reader into thinking that the information you added was referenced and that the preceding statement ("most hits by a foreign-born player, surpassing Ichiro Suzuki") wasn't, when the opposite is true.
  • The information itself was somewhat vague: what sort of "send-off" was given exactly?

Luis Arraez moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Luis Arraez, does not have sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Using the {{current}} template is great, but please don't change the team. The whole point is that it's too soon to change the team. Especially since in Miller's case, Rosenthal's tweet doesn't even say they have an agreement, just that they're getting close to one. – Muboshgu (talk) 01:09, 21 December 2018 (UTC)

Twins numbers[edit]

Do you have a source for the Twins' jersey numbers? I haven't seen anything reported elsewhere. DNOMN8R3.14 (talk) 23:26, 10 February 2019 (UTC)

I've seen some of them now. Thanks for updating; for future reference, add the source to the info box. DNOMN8R3.14 (talk) 23:30, 10 February 2019 (UTC)
