Proposed deletion of List of comets bearing names

The article List of comets bearing names has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unfortunately this fails WP:LISTN (as well as WP:LISTV, as it is unsourced). There isn't much coverage of named comets as a group separate from non-named ones.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Is a quite tricky subject even for experienced editors, especially for lists as the criteria are not necessarily obvious or straightforwards. I can see you've had a lot of articles rejected recently, which must be discouraging. • We need inline citations for more direct verification of information within the article, especially since this appears to be a biography of a living person (judging by the lack of a death date). That aside, the German Wikipedia article could be used to expand this draft; I'll quickly go tag the draft as being expandable via translation.
