No, you misunderstood me.
The "Republic of" Montenegro means that it's one of the constitutive republics of a greater state, and is the remains of Yugoslavia. It was kept "Republic of Montenegro" later throughout FRY and S&M. But now that Montenegro is independent, there is no more need for it.
We no longer have to say "People's Republic of Montenegro" or "Socialist Republic of Montenegro" pointing it out all the time, I think it's time to do like the rest of the world and just say "Montenegro". Take the Romanian Constitution. They made changes so that the official name of the country is just Romania.

I just conducted a little research, and it appears that "Grahovo" is the tribe (er, clan) while "Grahovac" is the settlement.
Since they overlap, most people mix the two (including me up to several hours ago).

My family is from Grahovac, so let me explain it briefly: Grahovo is a town in Niksic municipality, and Grahovac is a village 7 kilometers north (via the road) from Grahovo. It is very scattered on a plain surrounded by the mountains. The battle itself happened on that plain, and that's why it's called Battle of Grahovac. Hey. I just started editing pages a little while ago (specifically those concerning northern Albania and southern Montenegro). I figure it's only a matter of time before I start helping out with the articles re: Montenegro. So, seeing as you're experienced with Wikipedia, I wanted to ask you what the standard operating procedure is regarding the myriad spellings of place names, etc. in our area. For instance, the many spellings of Malësia (Malesia, Malcia, Malesi, Malesija, Malecuja and Maltsia) is dizzying. to say the least.
How do you normally deal with it? Is there some sort of guiding principle I should use for spelling proper names that cross languages? And further, to what extent should we group articles that seem to be covering the same subject matter?

For Yugoslavia. I want to merge it, but I'm not sure whether to Patriotic Coalition for Yugoslavia or Together for Yugoslavia, because there are reasons for and against in both cases. Well that's why DPS (Milo) does not want new elections immediately after the constitution. ;0) And everybody else does, even their close buddies at SDP. For God's sake the President of the State (that is from DPS!) wants elections directly. Because Milo (and everyone else) knows DPS will lose it.

Hi, sorry to bother you. You are listed as a member of WikiProject Albania. That project was proposed to be merged with WikiProject Southern Europe as a taskforce. No replies from your project was heard but the merger has still not taken place. WikiProject Southern Europe may now be taken over by the proposed WikiProject Europe - hence WikiProject Albania would become a taskforce of that Project. The three-month long Summer Assessment Drive, organized by Psychless, was a huge success! It ran from June 1 – September 1, and reduced the backlog of unassessed articles from 113,385 to 56,237. In all, over 100,000 articles were assessed. Over 60 people contributed in some way.
A barnstar has been created for exceptional work on Wikipedia biographies and for assisting the project. The Biography Barnstar is listed with the other WikiProject awards and can be awarded easily with a template. See the template page for more details.
The newsletter is back! Many things have gone on during the past few months, but many things have not. While the assessment drive helped revitalize the assessment department of the project, many other departments have received no attention. Most notably: peer review and our "workgroups". A day long IRC meeting has been planned for October 13th, with the major focus being which areas of the project are "dead", what should our goals be as a project, and how to "revive" the dead areas of our project. Contribute to the discussion on the the new channel (see below)
We decided to deliver this newsletter to all project members this month but only those with their names down here will get it delivered in the future.
