Ways to improve Jeff A. Stevens

[edit]

Hi, I'm Kudpung. EmmaJoanne, thanks for creating Jeff A. Stevens!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please check the sources and ensure that they comply with WP:RS, WP:CITE and remove any that aren't, especially LinkedIn and any other social networking or business listing sites. And then check that the article still meets WP:ANYBIO.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 09:03, 4 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Lillian Hickey, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.nelsonstar.com/news/148997755.html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. Speedy deletion nomination of Lillian Hickey

[edit]

Hello EmmaJoanne,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Lillian Hickey for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Kges1901 (talk) 11:03, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Euan Anderson requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Proposed deletion of Natela Dzalamidze

[edit]

The article Natela Dzalamidze has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This player is not notable by project standards; she has no Fed Cup or WTA main draw appearances, has not won any ITF tournaments above the $25,000 category, had no remarkable junior career (neither a Grand Slam champion nor ranked within the world's top 3), and there are no further claims that she is otherwise, at present, generally notable.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jared Preston (talk) 20:50, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Natela Dzalamidze is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Jared Preston (talk) 19:38, 11 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Great thank you!!!!!!

Advice

[edit]

Though your work is appreciated, please remember to always place atleast one category on new articles like Category:Living people. And that you place a WikiProject at the new articles talk page. You can look at what I have placed on several of your articles. Regards,--BabbaQ (talk) 10:05, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Nathália Rossi

[edit]

The article Nathália Rossi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable per tennis guidelines. No WTA main draw appearances, no Fed Cup, no $50,000 tournament wins, no notable junior career, does not meet WP:GNG.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Thomas J. Folliard, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
