An article you recently created, Iceland national football team results – 2000s, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Logged out template creation?

[edit]

I notice you're making template redirects into article space, then an IP coming in and creating the template in the same day. This makes me curious as to whether you are editing while logged out; it's just as easy to make the template as a user too. Jalen Folf (talk) 03:40, 27 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Croatia–El Salvador relations requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. I am still very suspicious of the method in which you create templates, in which the template is made by an IP after you start the page as a redirect. In the future, please consider making the full template while logged in. Thank you. Jalen Folf (talk) 01:40, 19 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

SVG file on commons

[edit]

Hi! I see you've been trying to upload SVG maps on Commons but it seems you are not sure about how to do it correctly. I see you are making PNG maps and trying to upload them as if they were SVG maps. Well, it does not work because SVG maps have no raster graphics and can be zoomed in without losing quality. To make an SVG map you'll have to choose a base/blank SVG map and shade the countries using software that is able to edit vectorial files. I highly recommend you to use Inkscape to do so. You can use File:World map (Miller cylindrical projection, blank without Antarctica).svg as your base map for world maps and File:Blank map of Europe (without disputed regions).svg as your base map for Europe maps. − Allice Hunter (Inbox) 17:10, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
