This does not belong on your user page either. You can't create it in article space now because the article has been salted to prevent you from doing so after you kept recreating it, and we won't let you spam it into another article. If you think you can make a viable article out of this then do so in your sandbox or in draft space, but the information previously provided to you about conflict of interest and autobiographies still applies.
