Identity cards are a most unwise item to have online. I advise you most strongly to remove them from the internet. In any case they are irrelevant to the notability of this person. Fiddle Faddle 11:58, 15 August 2013 (UTC)

Changes to Damon Matthew Wise

You will note that we have started cleaning up external sources references and links (to ensure independence of the subject), references and information in paragraphs.

Cannot see however how to split up into sections, and cannot find how.

Would appreciate it if you left problems off the page itself and put them in Damon_Matthew_Wise Talk - broken into sections which can thus be responded to individually. It distracts from our ability to work on design and layout to have content jumping at us, especially seeing most of it had already or was being done. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AspieNo1 (talkcontribs) 23:00, 17 August 2013 (UTC)

The problem banners must remain on the page until they have been handled. I will reinstate them after any removal, and will treat their removal as vandalism. Wikipedia has standards and you must adhere to them Fiddle Faddle 23:07, 17 August 2013 (UTC)

We are working our way through history inserting sections subsections and subsections ... we have identified a huge number of contents on Google and other searches on the matter and thus, and as the families (on both sides) are all in the autistic spectrum you can expect a lot of to-and-throwing before the contents are accurate, independent and appropriate for everyone.

So much content is still on-line would be way too detailed - and would have to see what is likely to survive strict html change, as much of the contents, such as election counts, articles and events posted get removed after 6 months as well as when transitional html become retired. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AspieNo1 (talkcontribs) 23:28, 17 August 2013 (UTC)

@AspieNo1:Three thoughts
  1. please put things in the right place in my talk page
  2. Your rationale about html is rubbish, I'm afraid. With this article it is time to get it right or have it deleted.
  3. I have found nothing using Google that mentions DMW in any useful manner.
It is up to you and others to make the article good enough. The AfD process takes 7 days, but it can be closed faster Fiddle Faddle 23:45, 17 August 2013

Wikipedia and editors with disabilities, esp Asperger Syndrome

This help request has been answered. If you need more help, you can ask another question on your talk page, contact the responding user(s) directly on their user talk page, or consider visiting the Teahouse.

I have been trying and failing to find a Wikipedia area which deals with how we, as a community, reach out to and work with those with disabilities, especially Asperger Syndrome, and who have trouble conforming to the norms when editing here. I am trying and failing to communicate with one such editor at present. They and I miss in the middle. We each 'speak' but there is no actual conversation. I want to help them, and other such folk, to have a good experience here and, so far, am failing.

Please with the person offering help introduce me to the relevant group, team, sub-community here? A valid alternative is that you are competent in this area yourself and can give the direct help to the editor who is having trouble here. Fiddle Faddle 09:41, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

I don't see anything specifically oriented to people with Asperger syndrome, sorry; but please see the editor assistance, Adopt-a-user sections. Gryllida (chat) 10:58, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

Well, if someone here have Asperger's or any other form of Autism, they can talk to me too. As far as mentorship for such people goes, I would suggest Justin.--Mishae (talk) 13:44, 18 August 2013 (UTC)
I've marked this request as helped. If you have more questions, feel free to re-enable it with a more specific question. Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 14:55, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Thanks all of you. I have left a plea at Justin's talk page and hope it ether bears direct fruit or an introductiom to someone else who can help. @Mishae: while it's not a case of 'the more the merrier' would you also be happy to become involved? I am past the limits of my own skills here. Fiddle Faddle 17:51, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

We are speaking of User:AspieNo1 and specifically the article Damon Matthew Wise where you will see there is a bit of a train wreck, but nothing that great mentoring cannot salvage. Fiddle Faddle 17:57, 18 August 2013 (UTC)
I'm here What can I do? I've tried to be helpful to users here before and I've worked with the special needs community on and off for over a decade. —Justin (koavf)TCM 17:59, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

OK So I posted a message on his talkpage with a smile template (so that the guy would feel better). I hope its a right thing to do. Another thing to mention; If he would agree to mentorship under either me or Justin or both, he should keep in mind that I live in Minnesota and that I excess Wikipedia from 3-11 pm Central Time on weekdays and from 8:30 am to 10pm (sometimes 12am) on weekends.--Mishae (talk) 18:11, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

So, I got a message from him and all he wants (or they want since its an organization from the context of the message on my talkpage he wants someone to upload a photo of that guy. Now, I don't have a Facebook account so if someone knows how to do images here, will be of huge help. I cleaned up some references and cited them, hopefully the clutter will be solved by 40% now.--Mishae (talk) 19:05, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

PowerTrike Light, PowerTrike II and PowerTrike Evolution

Before nominating these three WP:WikiProject Aircraft articles for CSD it would have been courteous to at least contact me and query this. You will note from my user page that I am an experienced editor with over 90,000 edits and over 1200 articles created, not a newbie or a spammer. - Ahunt (talk) 21:00, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

I don't think your edit count is particularly relevant. My opinion is that these articles are advertising. They assert no notability and link only to the manufacturer's site. I'm not sure why you feel you need special treatment, but I'm listening. Fiddle Faddle 21:03, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
Um, no, they are not based on the manufacturer's website, although they have links to the manufacturers website as allowed per WP:EL. If you read then the articles, they are all referenced to Bayerl, Robby; Martin Berkemeier; et al: World Directory of Leisure Aviation 2011-12. WDLA UK, Lancaster UK, 2011. ISSN 1368-485X an independent third party paper publication source that establishes WP:N. These articles are part of WP:WikiProject Aircraft, a project to create aircraft type articles on every notable aircraft type ever flown. Each article naturally meets WP:GNG, as these three do. - Ahunt (talk) 21:08, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
I have declined the speedy deletion of these three articles as they dont appear be promotional in nature and conform to what would be expected for this type of article and clearly doesnt need a fundamental rewrite. If you other issues with the article then please raise them on the article talk pages or nominate them for deletion at AfD, thanks. MilborneOne (talk) 21:11, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
(edit conflict)I love it when a Wikiproject determines that notability is asserted by a publication stating that something exists. Presumably there should be an article on you or me if an independent paper document shows we exist? the proposal for speedy deletion has been declined, that is fine. Smile template

Hi. Reading down User talk:AspieNo1 before replying to his help request, I was surprised by the smile box in this section which (as I see it) reads "Hello AspieNo1, JohnCD has smiled at you!" I have read the spec of Template:Smile and still don't think I understand it. I guessed it might be showing my name because I was the account reading it, but I looked again logged out, and it was still there. The only explanation I can think of is that it shows my name as the most recent user to have posted on that page, though that seems odd. From the spec, I see that the smile template is supposed to be subst-ed, but it seems a peculiar side-effect from not subst-ing. Perhaps you would like to subst it? Regards, JohnCD (talk) 21:51, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

Honestly no idea. Feel free to play. I saw this with another one. IT looks as if the template picks up the last person to sign the page. Fiddle Faddle 21:57, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
Looks like you re right. Weird template. Fiddle Faddle
I have added a note to the template documentation. I wonder if a bot could do automatic subst-ing? Maybe that would just mean that the message said "SmileBot has smiled at you!" JohnCD (talk) 22:27, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
Our template language is so arcane that would make it anybody;s guess, I fear. Fiddle Faddle 22:36, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

Why? there are two different villages of the same name in the same rural district. Carlossuarez46 (talk) 20:37, 22 August 2013 (UTC)

  • What do you suggest? The current titling is consistent with naming conventions. Carlossuarez46 (talk) 20:42, 22 August 2013 (UTC)
  • You do understand that 'Angut-e Sharqi' is the lowest-level subdistrict? And they both are in that. Don't ask me to explain why the Iranian government would put two villages with the exact same name in the lowest level subdistrict together, but alas they have and the only meaningful distinction remaining is their location about 15km apart. Information icon Hi Timtrent. Thank you for your work on patrolling new pages and tagging for speedy deletion. I'm just letting you know that I declined your deletion request for Tore Jensen, a page that you tagged for speedy deletion, because the criterion you used or the reason you gave does not cover this kind of page. Please take a moment to look at the suggested tasks for patrollers and review the criteria for speedy deletion. Particularly, the section covering non-criteria. Such pages are best tagged with proposed deletion or proposed deletion for biographies of living persons, or sent to the appropriate deletion discussion. Claims of importance? Hon citizenship of NO? Not really an award of any importance, surely? Fiddle Faddle 09:42, 23 August 2013 (UTC)

Have suggested a number ways forward - about retaining contents for editing and reviewing references located and cleaning up article

Although applied for Sandbox and supported userfy idea as a stepping stone to continue working, don't know if anyone else understands exactly what yea are on about. We may sound like culchies, but a lot of these Yanklish expressions sound like goobledigook - I haven't found a logical definition that makes the slightest sense!

For the moment many here are affected by the Clodagh, so not the biggest thing. Think Damon will be annoyed if all the work everyone put into the project is wasted, so something has to be done. I know some of the comments were offensive, as if he agreed to it for promoting himself, rather then the cause - that is down right the most objectionable lack of understanding of Aspies that is out there - discriminatory, prejudices and insulting.

AspieNo1 (talk) 23:31, 24 August 2013 (UTC)

The reaction you are seeing is mainly a mixture of ignorance, fear of people who are different, and people not having the time to understand. They are human. Human beings are not always pleasant. Usually they are unpleasant by accident. Fiddle Faddle 23:36, 24 August 2013 (UTC)

Tagged Personalized advertising for a speedy

I saw that you tagged this with a PROD, but just wanted to give you a head's up that I noticed that this was a pretty blatant advertisement tie-in to an article that the same editor had created. I am glad that you guys were there for help. Yeah i agree with DLOH here, there was a delay in my ceasing and messages. It was like everyone went against me even those who were having weird pages live on Wikipedia. Anyways i wont edit anything till i learn how to use the tools. P.s: @Timtrent Thanks for your warnings, yes wikipedia can block people from editing from one account but on some serious notes i have seen many people holding multiple accounts and doing monopoly on creating pages and making them STAND LIVE On Wikipedia. When someone contests for the deletion what happens next? What should be the correct way to handle pages that are against WIKIPEDIA's Policy? --Jay 21:52, 25 August 2013 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pakithedjay (talkcontribs)
One should do one's best to handle everything in Wikipedia within policy, especially handling things that appear to be outside policy. I know that seems to be a paradox.
I am not an admin, nor do I want to be one. This is, in part, because I want all my actions to have a second pair of eyes on them when I (eg) propose an article for deletion, or report a suspected sockpuppet. That second set of eyes is important because it tries to ensure that all is done correctly, especially when I make errors, which I do.
If you are ever unsure and need the guidance of an admin one way of handling that is to place {{adminhelpme}} on your talk page. Be sure to ask a very specific question for that admin to answer, though :).
With multiple accounts I suggest that you do not venture there until you have gained a greater set of skills. That is not meant to be patronising, so please do not take it as such. It is simply an area with even larger scope for errors and getting it wrong.
I'm glad you took the warnings the way they were intended. I had to persuade you to stop, listen and learn. Sometimes only a warning will do that. Fiddle Faddle 22:17, 25 August 2013 (UTC)

Information on Royal Canadian (Sea|Army|Air) Cadet articles

You have been repeatedly reverting removal of biased information from the above pages. Please stop.

The info is being added by a person running his own little campaign against the cadet program in Canada, and those edits have been reverted by a couple of officers (the people you starting an SPI on). I've now reverted again, and would strongly suggest that you stop adding it back. If you felt like re-adding the content without the obvious bias one way, that would of course be fine.

Let me know if you have any questions, Ajraddatz (Talk) 20:27, 25 August 2013 (UTC)

If you have not already done so, take it to the article talk pages. That is where it should have been in the first place. It smells like vandalism and a whitewash to me :) Fiddle Faddle
The whitewash part is certainly a concern, and I fear I've gone a bit too far for someone with an obvious bias towards the program in the opposite direction. I have left my thoughts on the article's talk page. Thanks for your understanding and involvement in a solution to this. Ajraddatz (Talk) 03:59, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
With regard to the person you have stated to be running a campaign, WIkipedia has excellent ways of handling the matter. They can seem ponderous and take a while to bear fruits, but, and I am assuming you to be correct form a base of no knowledge at all, our administrators will investigate and take action.
My part in this is done. I have achieved what was not happening, which is a discussion on article talk pages with a view to achieving consensus. This is a discussion I will not participate in because the overall topic is of no particular interest to me. The articles are on my watch list because I did some work in them a long while ago, of a general nature.
It would be amazing indeed if there were not genuine instances of sexual abuse in any youth organisation. I was, once, a sailing instructor for the UK's Sea Cadets, and was pleased to see an officer removed from his duties for abuse of a 12 year old child.and unamused that it had taken place where I worked. I was little more than a kid myself, and I had noticed he seemed to get unusually close when in conversation.
The fact that you have a large budget is, surely, a matter to be proud of. Fiddle Faddle 08:53, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
As I said on the Army Cadets talk page, this is an encyclopedia, not a public affairs forum. What is concerning is that Cadets Canada does NOT have a section on its budget or sexual abuse situations. Those are highly relevant organizational matters.Bishophatman (talk) 17:21, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
I, however, am not at all interested one way or the other. Keep it on the article talk page, please. Fiddle Faddle 17:44, 26 August 2013 (UTC)

If using link to talk:Aspies is against the rule, please help reinstate original Aspie page then

please reinstate word coinage cross-referencing Aspies usages of words, like Mundane to mainstream.

They were voted to keep, but was history shows instead redirected to Asperger syndrome.

If you check talk:asperger's syndrome, talk:Aspies and talk:Damon Matthew Wise you will see considerable discussion and discovery of evidence of pre-1999 references to such cultural lingo used by Aspies, and removing Aspie cultural. It should start coming out of talk pages and come into the public area.

Aspies around the world, who have now been using Aspies, Cousins, and Auties for around 20 years have no problem using their referenced lingo. It should not be classed as a subculture, to be hidden away, but identified as a unique cultural language and meaning.

If talk:Aspies is subculture and is not the right place, help cancel the redirection, reinstate Aspies article, and help edit from these diverse sources into a properly referenced compendium on Aspie culture, behaviour and lingo?

Please do the right thing and reinstate.

We are now, after 20 years talking, over 2000 references in google for aspies still out there, some of which are still existing pre-1999 redirection (when very few websites and groups are readily searchable.

It is no longer only used in closed groups and channels where Aspies hide from scorn and bullying by mundanes ... it is now an unique cultural identity, and thus ought to be in Wiki. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AspieNo1 (talkcontribs) 16:41, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

I am not going to indulge in a political campaign to reinstate that page. I'm afraid you need to work within the rules of this place and accept that people will not always agree with you. Fiddle Faddle 16:58, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

Granted, Isn't that is what I said - now that redirection to the Talk page has been explained is against the rules is impossible (and that page was a keep), maybe it and original content from original Aspie page should be copied into it with the others with a view to getting a properly resourced article together.

Aspects of the above seem to be covered in Sociological and cultural aspects of autism. Cheers! Irondome (talk) 17:30, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
@AspieNo1: please look at Irondome's message and the article linked to. Fiddle Faddle 17:33, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

In that case undelete Aspies and Talk:Aspies temporarily and move content in full to, and then we can relink the from Aspies to Sociological and cultural aspects of autism and then redirect Talk:Aspies to Talk:Sociological_and_cultural_aspects_of_autism, and I can get everyone else to work on merging Aspies and Talk: Aspies into that document?

Is this possible solution to your problems? Please have my userpage undeleted, then we can get to work? AspieNo1 (talk) 18:17, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

You need an administrator to help you. I am not one. Fiddle Faddle 20:01, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

--- Thanks for your comments on Bbb23 talk ... left the following there and on Deletion review page.

I take contents from different users by dropbox, and yes collaborate in chat with other editors - placing researched material in talk and then editing down in content. Aspies culturally think of social group, and rarely use I or me, which we do not feel that use of I is appropriate (being selfish) ... just simple not the way I or we think - it is thus extremely difficult of me to use I rather then we - the article about Damon who defined Aspies in the early 90's and developed self/peer advocacy and support groups is to many an important step for the Aspies community and concept to come out of hidden and secret groups and enter the mainstream ...

majority consensus was sufficient work was done to keep, and some felt if not ought to be userfied or sandboxed - I have chosen to seek that myself and other editors want the consensus kept to. Speedy deletion declined: Mike Sabath

Hello Timtrent. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Mike Sabath, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: from the number of SPAs at the AFD, promotional intent seems likely, but the actual article is not promotional enough for G11. Let the AfD take care of it. . Thank you. JohnCD (talk) 08:32, 27 August 2013 (UTC)

Even so it was worth considering. Thanks for looking at it hard. Fiddle Faddle 08:34, 27 August 2013 (UTC)

Wha? Okay, I'll agree with the G11, but I don't agree with the A7. The article does state why he is notable, with reliable sources (I know the latter doesn't change anything). Thanks, Insulam Simia (talk · contribs) 13:37, 29 August 2013 (UTC)

Hi Timtrent,

Thanks for your attention to my work.

I have already edited and expanded some lists:

  1. List of decommissioned ships of the Chilean Navy
  2. List of islands of Chile
  3. List of fjords, channels, sounds and straits of Chile
  4. List of saltpeter works in Tarapacá and Antofagasta
  5. List of lighthouses in Chile

The problem is always the same, the (one-package) lists get too large and the table doesn't allow to include photographs.

In the first four cases, I think, the information must be given in a sortable wikitable because sometimes we want to order the information alphabetically, sometimes by latitude or by type of ship, etc.

Therefore I didn't separated the information, and I presented only one list.

In the 4. case I added some maps with some tricky code with many <br>'s, not very convincing. The maps are shown at the right place in my 15" Laptop, but I don't know where are the maps in a 23" monitor.

The lighthouses list is a different case. Nobody wants to order the houses alphabetically (some of them have names like "Rear, 60 mts from front"). If someone wants to order the houses by color or longitude, I don't know, sorry.

But the splitting of the houses in different tables and pages allows:

  • human life times for loading of the pages through a slow modem conection (in the original article are 670 houses and 190kb text)
  • to insert existing photographs for the houses

I must confess that the navegation between the articles is not very clear, too much text. I deleted the text of the initial page, and I will delete the text also in the rest of the pages. Probably I will add a navbox and move the deleted text to Lighthouses in Chile (now a redirect).

Thanks again and feel free to improve the articles. --Best regards, Keysanger (what?) 11:55, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

There is often a convention of ordering coastal elements in the order of the direction they appear on a coast. An example would be North → South. This would overcome the issue of problems with ordering.
I agree that a navigation template would be very useful here. I understand about load times. Fiddle Faddle 12:01, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

Michael Corballis

Speedy deletion Framepool

Is this list [1] of film projects framepool was involved in enough to prove importance? --DaSch (talk) 10:45, 29 August 2013 (UTC)

Who should I ask to check if the sources I added to my article User:DaSch/Framepool are sufficient and prove notability? --DaSch (talk) 15:42, 2 September 2013 (UTC)

Michael Corballis II - how to collaborate

Dear Timtrent, I have been part of the open source movement in the 90th and there was a lot of utopic ideas. Out of this context also the Wikipedia Project emerged. I know that I did a mistake by starting the article with a wrong name and I am sorry for that. This was because I started with a link. But I find your tone inappropriate. Maybe you do a lot of good work in Wikipedia, but this is also about a collective approach to capture the state of art of knowledge. This form of collaboration needs respect and form all my work in the German Wikipedia I am used to another kind of respect. I am not here to make any moral judgment, but just to say, that it would be more effective if you would be as clear as you are in your position, but do not use a tone of dominance, which is not even used in postmodern companies any more. About Corballis I can insure you, that he is very important in the field of language evolution. I will now put all the links form the english Wikipedia to the article and hope that you can help with the article and maybe inform writers to contribute. Best. -- --Janus von Abaton (talk) 12:01, 2 September 2013 (UTC)

I have no idea what you are talking about regarding tone. I assume it is a language difference. If Corballis is important then his article must assert it and references must show it. May I suggest again that you make it so. The backlinks you show below are not relevant to the article itself. Notability that is asserted and verified, however, is. Fiddle Faddle 14:05, 2 September 2013 (UTC)

here you see the 10 Backlinks:

This means form the perfective of the system consistency this article is obviously missing. So it would be great if you would help to improve the article.

Hi Timtrent. I removed the PROD tag you'd put here, not because i think the article is fully worthy of inclusion, but i think your reason for PRODding was incorrect. You might consider going to AfD, if you still think it's worth it. Cheers, LindsayHello 10:49, 2 September 2013 (UTC)

Article Feedback Tool update

Hey Tim. I'm contacting you because you're involved in the Article Feedback Tool in some way, either as a previous newsletter recipient or as an active user of the system. As you might have heard, a user recently anonymously disabled the feedback tool on 2,000 pages. We were unable to track or prevent this due to the lack of logging feature in AFT5. We're deeply sorry for this, as we know that quite a few users found the software very useful, and were using it on their articles.

We've now re-released the software, with the addition of a logging feature and restrictions on the ability to disable. Obviously, we're not going to automatically re-enable it on each article—we don't want to create a situation where it was enabled by users who have now moved on, and feedback would sit there unattended—but if you're interested in enabling it for your articles, it's pretty simple to do. Just go to the article you want to enable it on, click the "request feedback" link in the toolbox in the sidebar, and AFT5 will be enabled for that article.

Again, we're very sorry about this issue; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing after this :). If you have any questions, just drop them at the talkpage. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 19:03, 2 September 2013 (UTC)

I don't recall being more than curious about it. :) Fiddle Faddle 09:48, 5 September 2013 (UTC)

Tom Condos

Why did you delete my article?? I contested the deletion. I believe this is very random because I created two other articles in the same way (Icone and Roccabella), which were reviewed by an administrator (MTLskyline). Like I said, I am not a promoter or a developper, simply a skyscraper enthusiast. Mtlfiredude (talk) 14:28, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

I suggested deletion. Other hands and eyes deleted it. I saw it as an advert to buy condos in a new block. It asserted no notability. The admin who deleted it seems to have agreed with me. I'm glad you are an enthusiast, but please make your articles less promotional. Fiddle Faddle 15:20, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

How am I supposed to do that? I only posted information about the location, height, number of condos, occupation rate and construction dates to inform the public on the future tower. I did not put any further information about the promoter, sales office nor the prices of the condos. Mtlfiredude (talk) 15:55, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

From what I recall about the article the only sources were the developer. You need to ensure that all your articles are verified with references from reliable sources, eschewing all primary sources. I also suspect your enthusiasm shines through. Be as neutral as you can when writing the arrticle(s). Fiddle Faddle 15:59, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

There were two newspaper articles as references, coming from two local newspapers. Mtlfiredude (talk) 16:17, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

All I can say is that it appeared to me to be promotional material and to the admin who deleted it. We have two pairs of eyes look at these things to make sure two folk agree. You may wish to seek their opinion and refer them here, too, with pleasure. Fiddle Faddle 16:19, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

Deletion of dab pages

Hi there, I closed Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Master da (disambiguation) as delete, but for future reference, disambiguation pages for deletion should be discussed at WP:AFD, not WP:MFD. Speedy deletion Daniel Smales

I have a question regarding Daniel Smales i have provided a number of information, and currently wondering what more information would be needed, I'm aware its been deleted several times, but I'm not sure what you call notable, are you saying until he is a 'johnny depp' he wouldnt be notable? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hunterabercrombie1 (talkcontribs) 17:19, 6 September 2013 (UTC)

@Hunterabercrombie1:: What you need to do is to take your time. The gentleman isn't going anywhere, nor is WIkipedia. Have a specialised look at google, thus:
Find sources: "Daniel Smales" – news · newspapers · books · scholar · HighBeam · JSTOR · free images · free news sources · The Wikipedia Library · NYT · WP reference
You may be pleasantky surprised at what you find. Once yoj have found things in what we call reliable sources then you can use those to cite facts in the article. At present, while he is a decent bloke, or s he seems, he is not yet notable for anything at all. If he;s won a mainstream award that makes him instantly notable, but, as a jobbing actor, well, he doesn't yet stand out from the crowd. Depp was like that in the beginning, too, everyione was, many still are, some will remain so all their lives.
Take the time you need to work quietly on the article where it was placed in your user space. Make it sing, but, above all, find what SMales is genuinely notable for. It is not a Spencer Hawken indie movie (today), but, if that takes off and makes it big, tomorrow, who can say.
I have a nagging feeling that you may be the gentleman himself. That would make it hard for you to hear all this stuff, doubly hard. But do not despair. He will, if he is good enough, make it into the limelight. Then he may have 'his' article with absolute pleasure.
This deletion stuff isn;t truly important, nor is his having an article on Wikipedia. WHat is more important is that he gets good, paying roles that let him build his career. Fiddle Faddle 17:32, 6 September 2013 (UTC)

Can you help to stop users from redirecting the Righdamhna page

Users are continually redirecting the Righdamhna page in what is undoubtedly a censorship attempt, can you please help me with this--Prestigiouzman (talk) 07:38, 7 September 2013 (UTC)

It doesn't appear to be censorship at all, you know. Tanistry is a far fuller article than Righdamhna. What woudl be more appropriate might be to allow the redirect, but to edit Tanistry with cited facts that enhance it? Fiddle Faddle 08:55, 7 September 2013 (UTC)

All Taken on board but i still feel a Righdamhna page is relevant

Kind regards--Prestigiouzman (talk) 10:28, 7 September 2013 (UTC)

I understand your feelings. What needs to happen now, and what I have set up, is a formal community discussion to reach a consensus, something I, you, and other editors must abide by, and a discussion where you are very welcome to contribute. Fiddle Faddle 10:33, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
