Additional Ada Lovelace Day 2012 Edit-a-thons

[edit]

For those who speak Swedish, check out the Swedish Wiki edit-a-thon event.

A few days after Ada Lovelace Day, in association with Wikimedia UK and the Royal Society, groups will be holding women-in-STEM Wiki edit-a-thons in England and India. Both events welcome remote contributors!

Suggested Topics for U.S. edit-a-thon

[edit]

The following is a sampling of suggested articles to create or add upon. However, feel free to come up with your own ideas! You may also consider cleaning up articles on more well-known women STEMmers, such as Rosalind Franklin, Marie Curie, Jane Goodall, Grace Hopper, Elizabeth Blackwell, Emmy Noether or Ada Lovelace herself. Helpful updates could be as simple as making sure reference links are still appropriate and functional. See also the Royal Society/UK-focused list here.
