AraAppaloosa

Found today. Last year, back in my days of "if it ain't a true breed, WTF do we have it in Wikipedia", I recommended merging AraAppaloosa. Months later, someone did a merge of sorts, which was half-baked, [1] but I didn't double-check their work back then. I did today. Awful.

Since you were the primary editor of record in the last version of AraAppaloosa, I thought I'd point it out, bow my head in shame that I didn't catch the half-merge earlier, and let you decide if the article should be re-established or if all of the original content should be pasted into the target article (not just one paragraph).

Articles affected: AraAppaloosa (original content), Appaloosa Horse Club (merge target), Araloosa (a redirect used only in Part-Arabian). ▶ I am Grorp ◀ 15:55, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I wasn't notified at the time, so we will have to agree to disagree. I removed the merged material from Appaloosa Horse Club because it didn't fit, and restored the article. We can chat further, but this particular mix is one of dozens of designer crossbreds out there, most of which at similar levels also have articles.
