"I'm So Hood" is the second single from DJ Khaled's album We the Best (2007). The song features T-Pain, Trick Daddy, Rick Ross and Plies. "I'm So Hood" was Khaled's best-known song and highest charting song until "I'm on One", featuring Drake, Ross, and Lil Wayne, peaked at #10 on the US Billboard Hot 100 in 2011.

The video was shot in Miami, Florida. It features cameo appearances from Birdman, Busta Rhymes, Cool & Dre, Fat Joe, Pitbull, The Runners, Torch & Gunplay from Triple C's, P.Diddy, Young Jeezy, and other artists.

Remix[edit]

The official remix of "I'm So Hood" includes Young Jeezy, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Big Boi, Lil Wayne, Fat Joe, Birdman and Rick Ross. DJ Khaled confirmed at the BET Hip Hop Awards that he was planning on shooting a video for the remix the day after the show. Jermaine "Mayne Zayne" Jackson of The Runners, Bushwick Bill, Plies, and Nelly, to name a few, make cameo appearances. At the 2008 BET Hip Hop Awards, the official remix won the award for best collaboration.

An alternate remix is a rock remix featuring guitar work performed by Jamey Jasta of metal/hardcore band Hatebreed.

ByrdGang made a remix entitled "I'm So Hood (Byrd Gang Remix)" that could be found on the Members Of Byrdgang 2 (M.O.B) mixtape.

UK rapper Kano has made a freestyle to the song on his MC No.1 mixtape.
