The nation of Swaziland is home to over 1 million people, of which approximately 0.95% are identified as Muslims.[1] Islam in Swaziland probably dates to the colonial period, when, as in Swaziland's much larger neighbor South Africa, many Muslims settled in the country from other countries under the dominion of the British Empire. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community claims 250 members in the country.[2]
