McCreary, Manitoba

McCreary is a village in Manitoba, Canada. McCreary is located in South Western Manitoba, and has a population of approximately 535 as of the 1996 census. It is surrounded by the Rural Municipality of McCreary. Located just to its west in Riding Mountain National Park, Mt. Agassiz was the site of the 1979 Canada Winter Games, and offered endless winter sporting activities. The Mt. Agassiz Ski Hill is currently closed.

McCreary railway station receives Via Rail service. The station has also been designated a historic site.
