The Meghalaya Democratic Party (MDP) is a political party recognised in the India state of Meghalaya. Its symbol is the bridge (unalloted), and its present chief is S.B. Nongdhar. The MDP is aligned neither with the NDA nor with the UPA. The party has its office at Nongrimmaw, Laitumkhrah, Shillong, Meghalaya. [1][permanent dead link]
