Note: I have approved the above motto from the regular nominations section for the 17th of April (2010). It was my mistake, because we were running dry and I have not read the note about leaving that nomination on both places (Regular and Special nominations). The motto has been showed on April 17 and it is also scheduled for Tuesday 25th May. IMHO we have two alternatives:

  1. Replace the motto (with a regular nomination or with one of the nominations bewlow.)
  2. Leave it where it is.

We (Hi878 and I) have thought about some alternatives. The quotes below are from the same author (Douglas Adams) and for the same date.     • Do not insult the vandals is an essay and not a policy or a guideline, so IMHO there's nothing that can be violated here. Also, I think that we are not insulting one of them by personally assaulting him, but we are expressing the concept that the actions, vandalisms and disruptive editing, done by those BEEPing vandals and BEEPing trolls (and not the newcomers) are such a shame.

Do not delete the slightly necessary if there is use out of it. One should not be separated from a group because of little necessity.
