The Justice Party (Albanian: Partia e Drejtësisë) is a political party in Republic of Kosovo.

At the last legislative elections, 24 October 2004, the party won 1.0% of the popular vote and 1 out of 120 seats. It is a Conservative-oriented party.

The Justice Party like all other Kosovo Albanian political parties does not take part in the general elections in Serbia nor any other election or referendum organised by the Serbian parliament.
