Yosyf Zisels, also Josef Zissels (born 2 December 1946 in Tashkent) is a human rights activist and Ukrainian dissident, co- chairman of the Association of Jewish Organizations and Communities of Ukraine (Vaad Ukraine)[1]  and Executive Vice-President of the Congress of National Communities of Ukraine.

He was a member of the Ukrainian Helsinki group (UHG), involved in the samizdat movement, human rights activist, prominent activist in the Jewish movement in Ukraine, and a political prisoner.
