The 12th Critics' Choice Television Awards, presented by the Critics Choice Association, honoring the best in primetime television programming from 2021, will be held on January 9, 2022 at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, California.[1] It will be simulcast on The CW and TBS, alongside the film awards,[2] with Taye Diggs and Nicole Byer hosting; this will be Diggs' fourth consecutive time as host.[3]
The nominations were announced on December 6, 2021. HBO led with 20 nominations, followed by Netflix with 18.[4]
