- ^ There was also a race held in Brazil from 1995 to 2004, but it was known as the Rio Grand Prix.
- ^ A British Grand Prix was supposed to be held in 2018, but was cancelled due to bad weather and track conditions. Even if the qualifying sessions were held, it is not included in this table since the races of the three categories were all cancelled.
