The final was held on 24 February 2011 at the Spektrum Arena in Oslo, hosted by HC Andersen. Twelve songs competed and the winner was selected over two rounds of voting. In the first round, the top four advanced to the superfinal based on the votes from an "expert" jury (2/7) and regional televoting (5/7). In the superfinal, the winner was selected by the public and jury vote.[1]
