Hulu Terengganu is a federal constituency in Terengganu, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Dewan Rakyat since 1974.

The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.

2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Basung, Teris, Kuala Ping, Sungai Buluh, Tengkawang, Kuala Telemung Utara, Kampung Nibung, Kampung Matang, Kampung Pauh, Kuala Dura, Kampung Dusun, Bukit Gemuruh, Sekayu, Tapah, Cheting, Kuala Jeneris, Kedai Manir, Beladau Kolam, Durian Emas, Pulau Bahagia, Pujuk, Batu Hampar, Teluk Menara, Kampung Getang, Pasir Tinggi, Sungai Ular, Tanggul, Bandar Kuala Berang, Bukit Tok Bat, Telaga, Tanjung Putat, Langgar, Kampung Buluh, Tapu, Bukit Perah, Bukit Apit, Tok Randuk, Pengkalan Ajal, Bukit Diman, Bukit Bading, Landas, Bukit Peruh, Menerung, Lubok Periuk, Pekan Ajil, FELDA Tersat, FELDA Jerangau Barat, Peris, Betung, FELDA Mengkawang.
