This is a list of cities and towns in the de facto independent Artsakh, ordered by population.
In Artsakh, a city/town (Armenian: քաղաք k'aghak' ) is not defined by the size of its population. The municipalities in Artsakh are divided into 2 categories: urban communities and rural communities. Currently, there are 10 towns (urban) and 322 villages (rural) in Artsakh.[1]
