Siyəzən (also, Siazan’, Kisil-burun, Kyzyl-Burun) is a city and municipality in, and the capital of, the Siazan Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 24,900. Siazan is a Tat city. People of Siazan belong to the Tat ethnic group and they speak Tati language.[2][3]
