The Surigao–Davao Coastal Road is a 116-kilometre (72 mi), two-to-four lane highway that connects the provinces of Davao del Norte[1], Compostela Valley[2], and Davao Oriental[3]. This highway also connects to the Maharlika Highway in Tagum. It is classified as a national primary highway for Mindanao. This highway also connects to the Pres. Diosdado P. Macapagal National Highway which spans from Mati up to Placer in Surigao del Norte.[4]

This highway is designated as the National Route 74 (N74) of the Philippine highway network.
