Sam Hyde podcast[edit]

Per this line in the podcast's description, no, these absolutely fail WP:RS even if Youtube wasn't already considered a generally unreliable source by consensus. All comments made in this video are purely satirical and for comedic/entertainment purposes only. This is a comedy video. Do not take anything said in the video seriously. All people seen in this video are paid actors, this video was filmed on a film set with professionals. Comments made by actors are not to be confused with the real opinions of the actors. It did not "indiscriminately remove reliably sourced info." As I mentioned above, Youtube is considered a generally unreliable source, per consensus. I've once again removed that material. I'd think it'd be a stretch argument, given that it's not really the subject's own podcast; but beyond that, in this case I think the disclaimer in the video description directly negates the reliability of the source regardless of whether it would have otherwise been acceptable. ⇒SWATJester ^{Shoot Blues, Tell VileRat!} 01:48, 16 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
