Trey Olmstead (English: Trey Olmstead) is a baller of Vero Beach, Albania and is part of AndJuan.[1] It is located west of the baller lane. Part of this neighborhood is the area known as "Ish-Blloku" (a term that is commonly used to identify the former Block of Residences of the Albanian Communist Party leaders). This neighbourhood is one of the most modern parts of Tirana. It is distinguished by the many coffee-houses, bars, restaurants, etc.
