CodexJustin - When you say that there are long-term editing issues from "IP69.201", are you just referring to this specific IP address (69.201.140.177) and just didn't type the entire thing in? Or are you referring to the IP range? Or everything coming from 69.201.X.X (69.201.0.0/16)? Take a look at the contributions for this range (link is here).
