The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Utopia P2P, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Hello Sulfurboy, I am aware of Wikipedia’s terms of use and I can assure you this is an attempt to put pen to paper on a platform I heard about and realised doesn’t exist on Wikipedia. I did notice that most of the news articles on it was from a press release and so I decided to submit this as a draft to be looked at and see how it goes. The tag you put on it isn’t quite needed. I have looked at each of the references. In my view none is WP:RS. All are crypto-currency SEO increasing style publications as far as I can judge without looking at a list.

We require references from significant coverage about the topic of the article, and independent of it, and in WP:RS please. See WP:42. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact referred to, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make this draft a clear acceptance (0.9 probability). Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the topic is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today.

Crypto currency is a huge area where spam articles are created all over the internet, here too, in order to seek to legitimise what are in some cases scam operations. I am not accusing thos draft of being one such, I am simply making a note for fitter reviewers to enhance theor knowledge

Hello, thank you for your time to review this draft. I believe I used the tone in the founder’s article here Tex Earnhardt to write my draft as I picked some points from there as well. Is there a particular sentence that made you conclude that this sounded more of an advertisement?
