Disambiguation link notification for April 30
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Lumbardh Salihu, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page SK Austria Klagenfurt. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Ardin Dallku
[edit]Please, not make a wrong "corrections", because Dallku never played for FC Vorskla-2 Poltava, that existed only until 2005 and Dallku signed his contract with Vorskla only in 2012.--Noel baran (talk) 09:49, 6 May 2017 (UTC)
Replay
[edit]@Noel baran: Is not wrong "correction". I edited with facts and facts I got from the Interview for a sport newspaper and Transfermarkt. I want to reback my editing in Ardin Dallku's Wiki article.
I was telling one of the facts. (Ps. The fact is found in an article dedicated to the 1st anniversary of the arrival in Vorskla and is in Albanian language).
Fragment of the fact (translated in English language): "Dallku ka kaluar nga juniorët e skuadrës së Prishtinës tek ekipi rezervë i Vorskla Potlavës./Dallku has moved from Prishtina's junior team to Vorskla Potlava's reserve team."
Link of the fact (in Albanian language): http://www.panorama.com.al/sport/cudia-me-vellezerit-dallku-shtetesi-e-mbiemra-te-ndryshem/
- In fact are difference amnog FC Vorskla Poltava Reserves Team and FC Vorskla-2 Poltava. First is playing in the Ukrainian Premier League Reserves and Under 19, where played Dallku. And the second played in the separate Ukrainian Second League until 2005 and was dissolved as team. For these reasons Dallku phisically coudn't played in FC Vorskla-2. And FC Vorskla-2 ≠ Vorskla Potlava's reserve team--Noel baran (talk) 12:08, 6 May 2017 (UTC)
Removing sources section
[edit]Hello LluciBOY. I noteced this edit of yours. I understand you have been editing in a way to improve the articles and correct and complete information which is great. I just want to call your attention to one thing: sourcing. For exemple, in that edit you removed the sources and even removed the "sources/references/external links" section. The problem is that that way you left the article completelly vulnerable for being taged as unsourced or even get deleted. Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Sources are fundamental rules for articles. I understand that you probably found wrong information and wrong sourcing so you rightfully removed it, but it would be important in those cases to find adequate and correct sources. At least one so the article woudnt be left unsourced which then makes him vulnerable for deletion. As you speak Albanian you could probably find and add good sources for Kosovar football articles, that would be really great. FkpCascais (talk) 19:12, 17 July 2017 (UTC)
Non-free image use
[edit]Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload files. However, it appears that one or more of the files you have uploaded or added to a page, specifically Kosovo national under-21 football team, may fail our non-free policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted file of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:04, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
- @Marchjuly: Why alone Kosovo national football teams, you are not allowed to add the badge. LluciBOY (talk) 10:11, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
- (edit conflict) Hi LluciBOY. The licensing of each image you see on Wikipedia is determined by it copyright status and not every image file you see on Wikipedia is licensed the same. Some files are licensed as public domain or licensed under a free licensed suitable for Wikipedia and these are often collectively referred to as "free images". Other files are licensed as non-free content because of their copyright status and these file are commonly referred to as "non-free images". Non-free image use is highly restricted and each use of such an an image must satisfy Wikipedia's non-free image use policy. One of these restrictions is WP:NFCC#10c, which says that seperate specific non-free use ratioanle needs to be provided for each use of a non-free file such as File:Kosovo FA.png. So, please read through Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline and provide a non-free use rationale which shows how the particular use of the file in the various team articles is justified per Wikipedia's non-free content use policy.
- Please understand that Wikipedia's non-free use policy is slightly different from the concept of fair use (see WP:NFC#Background or WP:ITSFAIRUSE for reference), so how a particular image/logo/file may be being used on another third-party website does not really mean the same use is going to be permitted on Wikipedia. There are ten non-free content criteria that each use of a non-free file is required, and a non-free use rationale is required to clarify how there criteria are met. Please note that simply providing a non-free use rationle does not automatically mean non-free use is considered appropriate (as explained in WP:JUSTONE). Further discussion may be necessary at WP:FFD to determine such a thing and establish a consensus one way or the other. Also, please note that just because other similar logos. etc. may be being used in other national team articles is not a justification for non-free use in the Kosovo national team articles as explained in WP:OTHERIMAGE.
- I'm posting this here to provide you with more information, especially since you might not be familiar with Wikipedia's non-free content use policy. Please just don't assume that non-free use is automatic and simply re-add the file to the team articles without addressing the issue I raised above because contiuing to do so is going to eventually be seen as disruptive and intentionally violating Wikipedia's polciy on using copyrighted media files. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask as WP:MCQ or WT:NFCC. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:19, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
- @Marchjuly: You are saying that logo of Football Federation of Kosovo has problems with Wikipedia criteria, why other logos of football federations have no problems with the Wikipedia criteria. LluciBOY (talk) 10:24, 8 October 2017 (UTC)
- Please read through what I've posted above. I don't know whether other team logos have non-free use problems, but even if they do that's not relevant to the non-free use of the Kososvo logo per WP:OTHERIMAGE. The file lacks the non-free use rationales for the other articles where you want to use it. If you feel the non-free use is justified in those articles, you need to provide the non-free use rationles explaining why. The rationale needs to clearly show how all ten non-free content criteria are satisfied because satisfying just one or some of these criterion is not sufficient. I've added quite a number of links to my previous post, so read those pages because they explain what needs to be done. If you still have questions after reading them, feel free to ask for help here, WT:NFCC or WP:MCQ. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:33, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
- @Marchjuly: But the logo that is in the Wikipedia article of Football Federation of Kosovo is it ok or is the same like badges in Kosovo national football teams? LluciBOY (talk) 10:51, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
- Have you read any of my previous posts of checked any of the pages I linked to above? The answer to your question can be found in my posts or on those pages. I'm not going to keep repeating myself over and over again, so I'll try only one more time. If you still have questions or don't understand something, please ask for assistance at WP:MCQ or WT:NFCC.
- Non-free use is not automatic. Each time you want to use a non-free file on a particular page, you need to provide a seperate specific non-free use rationale explaining how the way you want to use the file complies with Wikipedia's non-free content use policy. If a non-free file is only used one time, only one non-free use rationale is needed; if a non-free use rationale is used ten times, ten non-free use rationales are needed. Each non-free use rationale has to be specific to each use, so one non-free use rationale cannot be used to cover multiple uses. The Kosovo file has a non-free use rationale for the main federation article, but it does not have a non-free use rationale for any of the individual team articles. So, if you want to use the file in one of the team articles and you feel that the non-free use of the file in that article satisfies Wikipedia's non-free content use policy, then it is your responsibility to provide a non-free use rationale explaining how. If someone disagrees with the non-free use rationale you provide, they can tag the file for administrator review or start a discussion about it at WP:FFD; regardless, you need to provide a non-free use rationale before re-adding the file to any articles because if you don't it will keep being removed per WP:NFCCE. -- Marchjuly (talk) 12:12, 5 October 2017 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for February 19
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Arton Zekaj, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Albanian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]Hello, can you please add your sources to Kosovo national futsal team results? Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 19:59, 26 March 2018 (UTC)

Sources and communication
[edit]Can you please respond to my previous messages? WP:Communication is required on Wikipedia when other editors contact you with concerns, it isn't optional. I am trying to help improve the article. Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 16:13, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
- @Boleyn: The cause I did not answer is that I am in the process of searching of sources for Kosovo national futsal team results. LluciBOY (talk) 18:18, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks, LluciBOY. Never worry about leaving a message saying you're working on it, then the other editor will know and not need to ask again. Best wishes and thanks for your hard work on this, Boleyn (talk) 18:42, 11 April 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Manchester City F.C., you may be blocked from editing. Mattythewhite (talk) 18:12, 26 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Mattythewhite: I'm sorry for all these edits I've made and I've seen that I made a mistake and I have returned as they were, except for the national team flag of Arijanet Murić and this is because Murić was invited from Kosovo national football team.[1][2] Sorry for my bad English! LluciBOY (talk) 20:34, 26 August 2018 (UTC)
- I believe the flag should only be updated once he actually *plays*, I don't think being called up is sufficient. Mattythewhite (talk) 18:41, 26 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Mattythewhite: Football Federation of Kosovo has confirmed and expected that matches against Azerbaijan and Faroe Islands will be called up[1][2] and I as Kosovo national team fan I am very happy that Murić has agreed to play for Kosovo and for end a helps me to move the Murić's article from Arijanet Muric to Arijanet Murić, because its correct surname is Murić for this watch the Murić's profile at the Football Association of Montenegro. Why do we need the garbled reference format? We should follow what is given at Template:Cite web, Template:Cite news or whichever is relevant. Why are you changing the career stats table to a non-standard format? Please refer to WP:FOOTY/Players#Career statistics to see how they should be formatted. Why do we need the name of the U23 league when it isn't relevant? Why do we need these additional external links? It may also be worth you taking a look at WP:OWN; just because this player has a certain nationality doesn't mean you have more of a right to edit the article than other editors. Thanks, Mattythewhite (talk) 21:17, 28 September 2018 (UTC)
Dear @Mattythewhite: I'm responding to just like writing an email!
- For references it is true that I made a mistake, but I ask you not to remove trans-title because there are visitors who do not know other languages such as Dutch, Albanian etc., as in the case of Arijanet Muric's article.
- I apologise if I removed any trans-titles, that wasn't my intention, although I'm not sure why you couldn't have just restored them without altering the format of the references. Mattythewhite (talk) 16:26, 29 September 2018 (UTC)
- For the case of league I'm based from Manchester City F.C. EDS and Academy#Elite Development Squad and all the research I've done for the league of the Man.City U21, all of my research led me to the Professional Development League.
- That league isn't a first-team competition and therefore we don't include figures for it. So why include the name of it in the table? The only reason I included Man City U23 is because of the EFL Trophy, which *is* a first-team competition. Mattythewhite (talk) 16:26, 29 September 2018 (UTC)
- For the case of changing the career stats table to a non-standard format, work is so I added the reference and nothing else and I wanted this idea to come into function where, for example, a career statistics that has references like the case of Arijanet Muric to be uses in that way and is more creative and aesthetic.
- I don't see any improvement to the table with the separate reference column, and it does not comply with the established format I already presented to you. Mattythewhite (talk) 16:26, 29 September 2018 (UTC)
- For the case of certain nationalities. During your rewrites I have seen that you have removed the full name of Arijanet Muric in Albanian and Montenegrin, his full name differs from these two languages. Arijanet's father is named Samir (in Albanian) and Anan (in Montenegrin) and this is because he has two names in two languages and do not know how much you know that in Slavic countries in the Balkans like Montenegro, FYR Macedonia, Serbia, etc., the names or surnames of non-Slavic people over the last century have been Slavicized, we have the case of Ezgjan Alioski, that in fact has the surname Aliu, but they have Slavicized the surname from Aliu to Alioski or Astrit Ajdarević, that in fact has the surname Hajdari, but since his Astrit's father played in Yugoslavian league, they switched it to Ajdarević.
- My removal of the full names was inadvertent, you may have seen that I reverted myself once I realised. Mattythewhite (talk) 16:26, 29 September 2018 (UTC)
With respect, LluciBOY (talk) 10:00, 29 September 2018 (UTC)
- I've responded to each point individually. Mattythewhite (talk) 16:26, 29 September 2018 (UTC)

As explained below, and several times above, you must provide sources when you make edits. Also, references to other Wikipedias do not count as acceptable sources - but if the other Wikipedia has a source for the same material, you can use that.
