Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Pacific Rim (franchise), a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:22, 28 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Quadeca requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hello, Meandeminem

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Akhiljaxxn and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Dax (rapper), for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. To prevent the deletion, please add a reference to the article.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Akhiljaxxn}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Dax (rapper) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dax (rapper). When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

Why Voice Memos (Quadeca album) was speedily deleted

[edit]

Hi Meandeminem and thank you for you message on my talk page.

This "article" - a Wikipedia webpage, in Wikipedia jargon - about an music album was deleted because there was no Wikipedia article about the musician Quadeca.

The Quadeca article was basically deleted because there were no "references or citations" from "reliable sources" about this musician.

Have a look at 21 Savage. The first five citations in this article are from

Can you find any references in reliable sources like these for Quadeca?

Blocked for sockpuppetry

Meandeminem (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I believe this block was in error. I am not a sockpuppet because I do not have multiple accounts on Wikipedia outside of Meandeminem. I would like to be unblocked as soon as possible and an apology for this error would be very appreciated. Meandeminem (talk) 04:30, 27 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Behavioural and/or technical evidence strongly suggests that this account is a sockpuppet. Simple denial is not considered a sufficient reason to unblock the account. In order to be unblocked, you will need to convince the reviewing administrator that there is a better explanation for this apparent connection than the abuse of multiple accounts. Meandeminem (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I am not in denial. I am telling the truth. I am not a sockpuppet because I have only one account on Wikipedia, therefore I believe this block is an error. I have never received a proper explanation of what exactly led to my account being blocked. I understand your evidence for blocking my account is confidential, but I do not think it is fully accurate. User:Meandeminem

Decline reason:

Once again, simple denial is insufficient. You need to address the behavioral overlap described at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Meandeminem/Archive. Yamla (talk) 19:51, 27 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I have now read your evidence that you have to support your claim and I can say it is inaccurate. I find the fact that me and Favouriweribor2 have similar sections of now-deleted drafts of the same article about the same person is absolutely coincidental. I do not own the account of Favouriweribor2 nor am I associated with it. I would appreciate my account's block being removed as soon as possible.

Decline reason:

Again, just saying it isn't you is insufficient, as every sockpuppeteer denies doing so. You will need to provide a plausible explanation as to why this is merely a coincidence, if it is. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 00:44, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Meandeminem (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

Once again, why would I waste my time denying the truth? What I am doing is the opposite. Also, I would suggest working on your grammar rather than throwing around the "sockpuppet" accusation, which seems like something you would do to users when you are bored in quarantine, which is really unprofessional. I might not have a sufficient reason, but neither do you have sufficient proof that I am a sockpuppeteer. I'm feeling like you (the administrator) just came to a false conclusion based on just one article (if this part specifically is part of the guidelines, then I have an issue with whoever created the guidelines). Have a good day.

Decline reason:

From looking at the system logs, it seems unlikely to me that you are the same person as Favouriweribor2. However, there's obviously something suspicious going on here. Since you've provided no explanations at all, we have nothing to go on except to say that it looks like coordinated editing to spam articles on non-notable people. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.

The page Draft:Quadeca has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Non-free rationale for File:Pop Smoke - Original Cover by Virgil Abloh.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Pop Smoke - Original Cover by Virgil Abloh.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page.
