Emart24 moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Emart24, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 18:41, 7 August 2019 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Emart24
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Emart24 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. —teb728 t c 23:05, 7 August 2019 (UTC)

Please do not move this back to main article space or attempt to recreate the article until it is fully referenced and demonstrates notability - next time it is likely to be deleted. Better still, go through the draft review process. Thanks. --kingboyk (talk) 23:18, 7 August 2019 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 12
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ha Tae-keung, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page New Conservative Party (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Replaceable fair use File:No Kwang-chol.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:No Kwang-chol.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Finnusertop (talk ⋅ contribs) 13:58, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

File:КПСС.svg
Hi. Regarding File:КПСС.svg, please note that this wasn't an official KPSS logo by any means. It is a symbol created by Wikipedians, based on a photo of a KPSS pin. Now 1000s of different variants of KPSS pins existed during the latter phase of the Soviet Union, this one by no means being the official symbol. Ok that it can symbolize the main CPSU article as such, but it cannot be carried across to every CPSU republican affiliate as a logo. Moreover, the symbols of the SSRs (flags and state emblems) were not symbols of the republican parties. --Soman (talk) 12:32, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:NohWoongRae.jpg
A tag has been placed on File:NohWoongRae.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement of http://www.ohmynews.com/NWS_Web/View/at_pg.aspx?CNTN_CD=A0002625759. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
Whpq (talk) 17:11, 19 May 2020 (UTC)
- Note - The flickr source you specified appears to have just copied the photo, and so they do not have any actual right to relicense this image. See this publication where the image is credited (Ⓒ Kim Cheol-gwan when translated to English). - Whpq (talk) 17:15, 19 May 2020 (UTC)

Thank you for creating Usman Yusupov.

Content in this edit is translated from the existing German Wikipedia article at de:Hans Süß (General); see its history for attribution.
- You should also add the template

Speedy deletion nomination of Friedrich Engels Military Academy
A tag has been placed on Friedrich Engels Military Academy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. File permission problem with File:Yury Skokov.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Yury Skokov.jpg, which you've attributed to https://www.peoples.ru/state/politics/yuriy_skokov/. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Lord Belbury (talk) 16:01, 21 September 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:First Secretaries of the Communist Party of the Karelo-Finnish SSR
A tag has been placed on Category:First Secretaries of the Communist Party of the Karelo-Finnish SSR requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.
