The article Kring has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Rettetast (talk) 09:38, 27 June 2010 (UTC)

Note from bot's owner: The bot created this page as a redirect to 8391 Kring. The redirect was subsequently overwritten with something unrelated by another editor. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 14:37, 30 October 2010 (UTC)

Previous discussion at WikiProject Pharmacology

Mikael Häggström (talk) 05:41, 26 March 2011 (UTC)

DrugBank file finished?

Just curious - is that file from DrugBank finished by PotatoBot? If it is, I might try to find more data somewhere, because I still find missing common Swedish brands. Mikael Häggström (talk) 19:02, 24 January 2011 (UTC)

No, there is more to come. I just want to analyse the output before I let the bot continue, and I was busy over the weekend. Hope I can do it this week. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 08:05, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
Good to hear that. It's really helpful in the wards to be able to search directly by trade names. And I can only imagine the time it would have taken to do all this without PotatoBot. Mikael Häggström (talk) 07:14, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
I'm glad to see it was finished now I'll likely be able to fix most of the new ones on the log in a near future. After that, however, I'm not really sure if another run from another source is needed. I estimate that about 8000 trade names have been processed (again, great job!). I don't know how many there are now in the world, but if another source would add anything significant, then it would have to include far more than 8000 trade names, not to make it a mere processing of already existing redirects, and I don't know any such source. Mikael Häggström (talk) 15:17, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
Um. I just discovered that it isn't finished after all; but I've just re-started it, and the job should be done in a couple of hours. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 15:53, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
Fine Mikael Häggström (talk) 16:32, 4 April 2011 (UTC)

I suspect that DrugBank contains a number of trade names with typos that duplicate the ones spelled correctly, eg. Elcoril/Ecloril. Of course, these could be the same trade name as spelled in different countries. What do you think? --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 16:00, 4 April 2011 (UTC)

I guess many Wikipedia users often type in the misspelled versions, so IMPOV, those are useful as well. Mikael Häggström (talk) 16:30, 4 April 2011 (UTC)

Wow, that was a good complement of redirects Mikael Häggström (talk) 14:00, 6 April 2011 (UTC)

Done, thanks --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 19:29, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

Hey, I noticed that you recently resorted SRT2813 into the gastrointestinal-drug-stub template from its previous label as a pharmacology-stub. Although it is involved in insulin and metabolic function, the scope of SRT2183's effects go far beyond the GI tract. I believe this resort was done in error, or at the very least it should be sorted into both categories. Enix150 (talk) 01:39, 18 September 2011 (UTC)

Hi! I don't know any more about the substance than is written in the article, from which I have judged that the gastrointestinal-drug-stub is appropriate. This is the type that covers anything that has an ATC code Annxxnn, or probably would if it were marketed. Effects like improvement of metabolic function are known from other antidiabetic drugs with such ATC codes as well. However, you certainly know more about SRT2183, so feel free to restore the pharmacology-stub if you think it is more appropriate. There should not be both stub templates in one article because pharmacology-stub is a parent of gastrointestinal-drug-stub. Cheers, ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 08:43, 18 September 2011 (UTC)

You created a redirect from Retin-A Micro to Alitretinoin, however it appears that Retin-A Micro's active ingredient is, instead, Tretinoin, which I switched it to (see manufacturer's website). (Retin-A-Micro also redirects to Tretinoin.)

Thanks for the fix! --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 08:43, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
Where does the bot get its list from? —danhash (talk) 20:29, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
The database for this task was Drugbank. Feel free to fix any more errors you encounter. (See User:PotatoBot/Lists/Trade names log for a list of possible problems the bot detected during the run.) --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 12:13, 21 January 2012 (UTC)

Redirects from proper names to lists of minor planets

Hi! One of your bot's actions (Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/PotatoBot) resulted in probably thousands of proper names redirected to astereoids. Could you comment in this thread: Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2012 October 10#Redirects from proper names to lists of minor planets? Is it possible to schedule another action to fix it somehow? --Moscow Connection (talk) 05:48, 11 October 2012 (UTC)

Rd's

FYI, Armazic language and Chayuco Mixtec language were better as red links. IMO we don't need PotatoBot creating rd's from languages to language families, as that only results in circular links that will need to be fixed later, and we just had a bot go through and catch these. Not sure if this is easy to address, if a log should be kept instead, or if they should be put up for speedy deletion. (The red links here and here do not need to be created.)

A clue that ISO 639:zkd was wrong (I just fixed it): the bot directed it to X language*s*, a family article, and the destination did not have zkd in the infobox. (On the other hand, ISO 639:yyz was correct: despite it being a language*s* article, and not having the iso in the box, it did have the iso as an external link. — kwami (talk) 08:02, 25 February 2013 (UTC)

Looks like it's all done. I thought it might rd all the Mixtec articles, but there were very few obvious errors. I wonder why just that one? Also, where the name Dhanwar language (spurious) came from. Surely that's not the ISO designation! I put up half a dozen like that for deletion. In a couple cases I traced them to a typo in one of our ISO articles, but I don't know where the others came from. — kwami (talk) 08:33, 25 February 2013 (UTC)

Here, User:PotatoBot/Lists/Dabs without ISO 639 codes, there are many names that shouldn't be listed on the dab page. "Spurious languages", for example. Also, s.t. funny happened w rd's to Tani languages. — kwami (talk) 08:49, 25 February 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for looking into the bot's edits. I'll find out what happened in the cases it went wrong, as soon as time allows. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 09:43, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
The bot targeted zkd at Kadu language which is the official designation. As this is a redir to Kadu languages, it ended up there. Not sure how to handle this unless you want the bot not to create links like ISO 639:yyz. Anyway, the Kadu link was logged, so I suppose it's one of the situations that has to be handled manually. BTW, have you seen User:PotatoBot/Excludes/Language articles? Please add such cases there, or tell me to do it, otherwise the bot's next run will reintroduce such problems.
Armazic languageAramaic language, Chayuco Mixtec languageMixtec language. Both from the lcnn/ldnn in the lang boxes. Looks like these shouldn't cause language redirs to be created. What about the ISO redirs ISO 639:mih and ISO 639:xrm, are they all right this way?
Most of the Mixtec languages weren't created as their codes aren't in the language box of Mixtec language.
Dhanwar language (spurious) is from ISO 639:d, entry dha "Dhanwar (spurious)". The bot mistook "spurious" for a differentiation term like "Nepal" :-/ --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 10:23, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
What dou you mean about Tani languages? The bot created ISO 639:adi already in 2010. It fetched the link from ISO 639:a, which at this time linked to Tani languages. (BTW, Adi languages still redirects there. Is this intentional?) --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 12:28, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
I fixed mih. I suppose ISO 639:xrm can stay, since there's no article for it, but once that is created it should be rd'd to it. No, just a remnant: rd'd to Adi language.
BTW, all the Mixtec articles are done, if you want to do those. There are only 124 red links left (plus a few messed-up blue links) out of the 8,000 ISO names from Aug 2012.
If you used the up-to-date SIL list, rather than our old ones, you might have an easier time. (Or again, maybe not.)
BTW, many of the 'not listed' were local use – qaa–qtz. As long as the same code appears under |linglist(2/3)=, there's no problem. A lot of them weren't, though, so this was a good catch. The others were because you had an outdated list. Only one or two were actually bad.
I think if we based the links on the updated ISO names, we'd need a fairly short exceptions list. — kwami (talk) 11:52, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
Looking at the log again. That's too much to go through by hand. I think another run, but w the bot checking if iso3 or lc-n in the article has the matching ISO code. If it doesn't, then the bot generates an exception to be manually reviewed. I've done that for ISO names, and it doesn't take too long. If the ISO name and the ISO code both direct to an article w the correct code in the infobox (including section headers, so they both direct to the same section), then no entry in the log. But logging multiple articles w the same code is still a good idea. — kwami (talk) 12:08, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
I'll work everything into the code when I've got the time (which might well take a week or two, there's so much to do in real life) and then run the bot again, which will also create the Mixtec code redirs.
Not sure what you mean about old and new ISO lists. I downloaded the lists from SIL just a few days before I started the bot. Can you give any errors that might have resulted from old data? --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 17:53, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
My bad. I saw that some of the 'not listed' codes were recently created, and assumed that the list you used was older than that. — kwami (talk) 02:21, 27 February 2013 (UTC)

Found a couple typos at ISO 639:t (but oddly at none of the others). Some cap problems (Tai long for Tai Long), Takie for Takia, and Tboli languae [sic]. I assume those were all due to manual edits? — kwami (talk) 02:48, 4 March 2013 (UTC)

I've checked a few of your corrections, any they were already there before the bot's edit, so presumably they were introduced by human editors. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 13:28, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
Three remaining red links, not likely to be created anytime soon, if you care to do another run. — kwami (talk) 08:24, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
I've not forgotten I said I'd be running the bot in a week or two. This still holds true :-( --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 08:58, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
All links blue, though some are circular as there is not enough info for an article (as in languages Ethnologue is not sure even exist). All ISO rd's could be created, though. — kwami (talk) 05:58, 1 April 2013 (UTC)

Really easy check, for ISO codes used in E17: Wikipedia:WikiProject Languages/Primary language names in Ethnologue 17 by ISO code lists the ISO names followed by the ISO codes, with each set separated by a comma. They should link or redirect to the same article, or we could have a problem. I imagine that would be quite easy to program the bot for?

There are 169 missing ISO-code rd's, which the bot could simply direct to the ISO name, but there could be complications if the ISO name links to a dab page or an article w a hat note. Since the code is more specific than the name, they won't always line up. — kwami (talk) 23:21, 2 April 2013 (UTC)

Thanks! That took care of all of them. None of the remaining hits for 'article missing' are a problem, and most of the log hits should be okay too. (Asking about one of them.) — kwami (talk) 23:03, 8 April 2013 (UTC)

New table for next run

Module:ISO 639 name/data will be used for our ISO language templates, so PotatoBot should probably use that for the data for its next run . — kwami (talk) 18:30, 14 September 2013 (UTC)

Thanks. I'm not really active at the moment. You might need to shake me up when there is need for a new run :-) --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 17:26, 26 September 2013 (UTC)

No need for another run now. However, I have compiled a list of active codes in the local-use range at Wikipedia:WikiProject Languages/List of ISO 639-3 language codes reserved for local use. Could you create ISO redirects for them, so they can be found with the ISO nav box? (All target names have anchors by ISO code.) I don't think it's a good idea to rd directly to the language articles, because the private-use range is too unstable and there are no announcements of changes, but every code in our list but two has a link to the appropriate language article, so that's nearly as convenient (and also useful for showing how redundant many of the codes are). — kwami (talk) 02:10, 3 October 2013 (UTC)

Not a good idea to do this (least of all [semi]automated) because of WP:CNS. Is there any reason why the list isn't in mainspace? This would make the redirs uncontroversial. Is there a Reliable Source for this list? --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 17:58, 3 October 2013 (UTC)
Moved to main space. The list is from Linglist: I created links for all codes qaa–qtz, and deleted those which didn't link to a language entry. The names are those listed at the top of the LL pages. — kwami (talk) 19:41, 3 October 2013 (UTC)
Looks like you've already done this. Thanks --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 08:16, 7 October 2013 (UTC)
I got approved to create articles with AWB, so it was pretty easy. Last time I tried st like this with AWB it was impossible.
One question, though: I had to make two passes because I couldn't append text to a new article and then modify it in one go. Any idea how to change the editing order? — kwami (talk) 10:06, 7 October 2013 (UTC)
Sorry, no idea. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 10:41, 7 October 2013 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Nalögo language

The deletion of an article you created, Nalögo language, has been proposed for the following reason:

PotatoBot for Glottolog codes?

Hi, Anypodetos. Wondering if this is something you'd be interested in doing.

I have a list of Glottolog codes and their ISO equivalents here. Would PotatoBot be able to add a parameter "glotto=[code.for.foo]" to the infoboxes of the pages that ISO 639:foo redirects to, per the correspondences on that list? For a first run, I wouldn't want to add anything where (a) there is more than one ISO code, or (b) there is already a glottolog code. (We'd also skip iso = mis, since that means its uncoded.) Then it would be good to test, and generate a list of (a) glottolog codes that don't match the ISO code in their box, and (b) glottolog codes that don't appear in their box. Those can be handled by hand, since there might be complications.

I think it's important to have more than just the ISO/SIL ref that we have for many of our language articles, and Glottolog often has an exhaustive list of sources for less-documented languages. — kwami (talk) 21:58, 1 April 2014 (UTC)

I'd happily do that if you are patient – this basically needs completely new code. Anyway, I've asked at Wikipedia:Bot requests#Adding Glottolog codes to language infoboxes if they can do it faster. If I don't get a satisfactory answer, I'll do it. Cheers, ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 11:27, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
Thanks! Yes, no great rush: I've still got enough family links to make, which we can't automate, that I'll be busy for at least a little while. — kwami (talk) 20:17, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
Well, I'm done with the family articles, so any time is good for me. — kwami (talk) 05:38, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
Okay, I'll start coding on Saturday if no unforeseen things happen... --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 17:33, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
FYI, unless I am misunderstanding this request, it is sometimes the case that the addition of Glottolog codes to an infobox can cause a "missing reflist" error, since at least some Glottlog codes appear to generate their own references. Addition of a Glottolog code to an infobox in an article with no existing references or reflist can cause a big red error message, as shown in this edit.
If your bot, or another bot, can account for this situation, that would be great. If I am completely misunderstanding this bot request, don't mind me. – Jonesey95 (talk) 20:56, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
There are other bots that take care of missing reflists. But they're slow. To prevent a wait, we could either incorporate their code, or notify them of changes we've made, so they can follow after us. — kwami (talk) 20:15, 5 April 2014 (UTC)

Cool.

A couple details: Glottolog codes aren't just "glotto=", but also "glotto\d=", where \d may be 2 to 4 or 5. There are articles with "glotto4=" that don't have "glotto=", so we need to check for all possibilities. In such cases, the links really should be done by hand, since we might want a higher (more inclusive) node at Glottolog rather than a bunch of individual codes.

If the proper code already exists in the info box, then of course that can be checked off the to-do list. If the ISO code is [mis], it can be ignored; I'm doing those by hand.

It would be nice if the bot generated a report that made it easy to manually finish what it started. Maybe you have some ideas on that? Maybe it could break it down into types of errors: (1) more than one ISO code (= any number of lc\d or ld\d codes) and no glotto code; (2) one ISO code but a mismatching glotto code; (3) more than one ISO and at least one glotto code there already (but none that match – don't flag an error when the codes match); (4) pages with no info box, etc.

Maybe they can be arranged by the target (rd) article, so that if there are 50 glotto codes rd'ing to one page, they can be reviewed together? Also, if the report generated the ISO and glotto codes beside the names, as in the table I put together, that would make it easier to follow up.

BTW, back when we had bots handling it, I forced the language info box to generate a null footnote. The bot then added ref sections to all articles that didn't yet have one. Some have since been deleted, and new articles created, but %age-wise it's not the problem that the family articles have, where I've created hundreds of unsupported-ref errors. (That's what Jonesey was talking about above.) Your call. — kwami (talk) 01:06, 10 April 2014 (UTC)

Some questions

  • Am I right in thinking that you are only talking of ISO 3 codes? Can ISO 1, 2b and 2t parameters in infoboxes be safely ignored?
  • Should the bot generate Glottolog redirects in analogy to the ISO redirs? If yes, aari1239 or Glottolog aari1239Aari language, or what?
  • Could you name a bot (operator) handling missing reference sections?

(probably more to come) --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 10:53, 13 April 2014 (UTC)

  • Yes, just ISO3, but it could be at iso3= or lc\d=.
  • I don'tt think there's any need. ISO is used to ID langs in the lit, AFAIK Glottolog is not.
  • Ask User:Rich Farmbrough. He ran the bot that handled most of that. (I think it was SmackBot.) Xqbot is another, but not one of his. — kwami (talk) 08:09, 14 April 2014 (UTC)

Test output: User:PotatoBot/Lists/Glottolog log

The section "Multiple ISO 3 codes and (mismatching??) Glottolog code(s)" currently lists all pages with > 1 ISO and ≥ Glottolog code. Should these entries be suppressed if there is one matching ISO code, ignoring the others? But then what if there are several Glottocodes?

Any further comments / requests? --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 09:25, 14 April 2014 (UTC)

Hm, if there are 3 ISO codes, and their 3 glottolog codes are already listed, then I wouldn't want to count it as an error. But if the search is done one code at a time, then we can't distinguish that from 3 ISO codes and only 2 glotto codes, if there is no 3rd glotto code to trip an error for that case. (Not all ISO codes have a glottolog equivalent.) I guess such partial matches should be placed in their own error category for manual review. — kwami (talk) 09:49, 14 April 2014 (UTC)

Inserting {{reflist}} seems to be working, thanks to User:Xqt. I'm also implementing a test for multiple (mis)matching ISO/glottocodes. I probably won't have time for the rest of the weak, and I'll be away next week; so I think I will be ready for BRFA around 1 May. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 19:04, 15 April 2014 (UTC)

Thanks a lot!
If you could do the simplest cases, where the box has only a single ISO code and there's no glottocode, that would take care of 90% of articles. If not, I'll see you in a couple weeks. — kwami (talk) 23:56, 15 April 2014 (UTC)
Even the simple cases need a BRFA, which won't be completed before my holiday anyway. I'm afraid you need to be patient for another little while... Cheers, ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 19:17, 16 April 2014 (UTC)

Hooray! Bot approved and running. The log will probably be pretty long as the bot isn't pruning it yet (eg. if several ISO codes and several, but corresponding, Glottocodes are present). Don't bother with going through it all, I'll add pruning and give it a second run soon. Of course, suggentions about which messages should be omitted are welcome. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 09:16, 1 June 2014 (UTC)

Great! I can get started by adding a tracking cat to the info boxes now to catch langs w/o glotto codes. Thanks a lot! — kwami (talk) 17:40, 1 June 2014 (UTC)

Review of log

  • Main reasons for "No langbox" seem to be dab pages and redirects to Spurious languages. [No idea yet what to do about these – stand by.]
  • I suppose you intend to fix the "One ISO code and mismatching glottocode(s) / Mismatching ISO code / No ISO code" entries by hand? I don't think a bot could decide which codes are the correct ones.
  • "Multiple ISO codes, but no glottocode": The longest section. The bot could add glottocodes to pages where everything fits together (e.g. lines 136&137 Bobo language: both ISO codes appear in your list under the correct language name, so "nort2819" and "sout2840" could be added) or even to those where only part of the data fit (e.g. lines 138–40 Bontoc language: add "cent2083" and "cent2292" but not "fina1242" as the corresponding ISO code isn't in the langbox). Don't expect me to code this very quickly.
  • "Multiple ISO codes and mismatching, missing or surplus glottocode(s)": Will filter this section in the next run, i.e. entries where all codes are matching should be removed by the bot. Again, please be patient.

--ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 14:13, 2 June 2014 (UTC)

For the first group, we could add fn's w Glotto links.
Yeah, by hand.
Multiple ISO: The problem is that one-to-one may not be the way to go. For many of these, we should link to a higher node at Glottolog, rather than to the individual articles. That's because the ref should be for the topic of the article, not an attempt to replicate ISO.
No problem. I'm moving tomorrow and might not have time to work on this for a while anyway. — kwami (talk) 22:02, 2 June 2014 (UTC)
Just to make sure: Entries from the section User:PotatoBot/Lists/Glottolog log#Multiple ISO codes and mismatching, missing or surplus glottocode(s) should be removed if ISO and Glottocodes are matching on a one-by-one basis, but the bot shouldn't add matching Glottocodes to boxes with multiple ISO codes? Is this because data of the first type have been added by humans and so the bot should trust them? --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 13:10, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
Sorry, I've been off WP for the past month, and might be for the next.
Not sure I follow exatly what you're saying, but I think you've summed it up. A WP article may correspond to a higher node at Glottolog, in which case it should direct there rather than to the individual language articles, because the individual language articles will all be listed at the higher node anyway. For example, Fula language links to [fula1264], which is the top node for all the varieties of Fulani.[1] It would be redundant for PotatoBot to add additional links for all the individiual varieties of Fula. (I'm assuming that the kind of node-matching we need is beyond a bot.) — kwami (talk) 18:12, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
I haven't been really active here as well lately. I'll have to re-read my question to find out what I actually meant... Anyway, the first run is compete and should have added most Glottocodes. When time and mood allow (I'm on holiday right now), I'll prepare the bot for a second run to clean up the log a bit.
Hope your move went well. Best, ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 17:30, 24 July 2014 (UTC)

Thanks!

[updating]

I've manually gone over all sections but the last one, which I collapsed. (Those articles should be fine.) What remains is part of the section Multiple ISO codes, but no glottocode. The links that remain should have a glotto code for each ISO code in their info box, as you list them in the log, because there is no superior node at Glottolog to use instead. That is, it should be straightforward for the bot, if you use the codes in the log rather than the originals. Anything complicated I did manually and removed from the log; I also added in missing glotto codes. I may have missed some, where the number of codes are the same but the ISO codes in the parentheses and after the colon differ: Those should be left alone for manual review.

BTW, the names should be coded as "glottoname", rather than "glottorefname" as before, so they display in the info box. You'll need the original list for the names, just have the bot run off the log for the codes themselves.

Some articles, such as Duala language and Delaware language, had more than one info box. There might be more like that. Those should be left for manual review.

The bot should not make any changes if there are already glotto codes in the box [i.e. added since the last run]. I've been removing articles from the log as I've fixed them, but missed ones that were double listed.

I've modified some of the entries. The codes in the log are correct, except for any I missed where they do not match between parentheses and after the colon.

Never mind. Only a couple dozen to go. Easier just to do them by hand. — kwami (talk) 01:18, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
Sorry for my non-compliance. I'm afraid there's currently too much things in my job and my private life to be of much use on WP, especially with time- and energy-consuming tasks such as coding. (This also goes for your request on my user talk page.) I hope things will get more relaxed. Sometime. Meanwhile, all the best, ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 16:52, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
No worries. Thanks for all your previous help! — kwami (talk) 19:04, 6 March 2015 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Vigdis

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Vigdis, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hello, PotatoBot. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Bloembergen, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
