Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.Quartet 20:26, 22 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Yankees76. Your recent edit appears to have added incorrect information, so I have removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Yankees76 Talk 13:00, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

With regards to your edit summary I still don't understand why you undid my edit (previous claims were also unsourced so I don't see how you can use that as a criterion). Simply because you disagree with the current (tagged) unsourced material in the article, does not mean you can add your own original research to replace it. Note that all material on Wikipedia must be sourced from on reliable, published sources - see WP:RS. Wikipedia's content is determined by previously published information rather than by the personal beliefs or experiences of its editors. Even if you're sure something is true, it must be verifiable before you can add it.

In addition, you're close to violating the 3 Revert Rule. The 3RR says an editor must not perform more than three reverts, in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material, on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring is unconstructive and creates animosity between editors, making it harder to reach a consensus. Users who engage in edit wars risk being blocked or even banned. I would suggest you take your dispute to the article's talk page before re-inserting your material in the article again. Thanks. Yankees76 Talk 13:14, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It is not nice (well, I suppose it's merely clumsy) that you say "Note that all material on Wikipedia must be sourced from on reliable, published sources - see WP:RS.", revert my edit, then leave the unsourced claim that my edit was trying to correct in the article. --Wikiloop (talk) 15:47, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think this has anything to do with being nice or not. If someone else comes along and puts say, 150 in place of sixty, you're not going to revert that? Your material does not have a source (and you actually changed material that does have an in-line citation), which is why it was reverted. Another user has tagged the current material has being original research. A constructive edit to the article would be to find a source for the current claim, or replace it with a claim that does have a reliable source. 17:31, 23 April 2013 (UTC)
The number 60 I simply took from the article itself (needed a number to replace the highly retarded 20, have no special love for 60). I can see that my edits were clumsy as fuck. You're just not convincing me yours were any better muahahahaha --Wikiloop (talk) 13:50, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Article Feedback Tool update[edit]

Hey Wikiloop. I'm contacting you because you're involved in the Article Feedback Tool in some way, either as a previous newsletter recipient or as an active user of the system. As you might have heard, a user recently anonymously disabled the feedback tool on 2,000 pages. We were unable to track or prevent this due to the lack of logging feature in AFT5. We're deeply sorry for this, as we know that quite a few users found the software very useful, and were using it on their articles.

We've now re-released the software, with the addition of a logging feature and restrictions on the ability to disable. Obviously, we're not going to automatically re-enable it on each article—we don't want to create a situation where it was enabled by users who have now moved on, and feedback would sit there unattended—but if you're interested in enabling it for your articles, it's pretty simple to do. Just go to the article you want to enable it on, click the "request feedback" link in the toolbox in the sidebar, and AFT5 will be enabled for that article.

Again, we're very sorry about this issue; hopefully it'll be smooth sailing after this :). If you have any questions, just drop them at the talkpage. Thanks! Okeyes (WMF) 22:09, 1 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You've been unsubscribed from the Feedback Request Service[edit]

Hi Wikiloop! You're receiving this notification because you were previously subscribed to the Feedback Request Service, but you haven't made any edits to the English Wikipedia in over a year.

In order to declutter the Feedback Request Service list, and to produce a greater chance of active users being randomly selected to receive invitations to contribute, you've been unsubscribed, along with all other users who have made no edits in two years or more.

You do not need to do anything about this - if you are happy to not receive Feedback Request Service messages, thank you very much for your contributions in the past, and this will be the last you hear from the service. If, however, you would like to resubscribe yourself, you can follow the below instructions to do so:

  1. Go to the Feedback Request Service page.
  2. Decide which categories are of interest to you, under the RfC and/or GA headings.
  3. Paste {{Frs user|Wikiloop|limit}} underneath the relevant heading(s), where limit is the maximum number of requests you wish to receive for that category per month.
  4. Publish the page.

If you've just come back after a wikibreak and are seeing this message, welcome back! You can follow the above instructions to re-activate your subscription. Likewise, if this is an alternate account, please consider subscribing your main account in much the same way.

Note that if you had a rename and left your old name subscribed to the FRS, you may be receiving this message on your new username's talk page still. If so, make sure your new account name is subscribed to the FRS, using the same procedure mentioned above.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask on the Feedback Request Service talk page, or on the Feedback Request Service bot's operator's talk page. Thank you!
