- European Family Therapy Association, an NGO.
- European Fair Trade Association, an association of eleven Fair Trade importers in nine European countries.
- European Federation of Taiwanese Associations, a federation, which combines several associations by Taiwanese people in each European country.
- European Free Trade Association, a European trade bloc which was established as an alternative for European states who did not join the then-European Economic Community.
