KHTV-LP is a low-power television station in the Inland Empire region of California, owned by the Venture Technologies Group. The station transmits from the Mt. Harvard Radio Site in the San Gabriel mountains. Its city of license is the region of the Inland Empire, California. It is an affiliate of Home Shopping Network. Although the station is licensed to channel 48, it has operated via Special Temporary Authority on channel 67 since 2004, having been displaced by KOCE-DT on 48. The latest extension of the Special Temporary Authority expires on April 5, 2010.

The KHTV call letters were once used by an unrelated full-power station in Houston, Texas on channel 39. That station became KHWB (now known as KIAH) and became affiliated with The WB (now The CW) in 1999.
