The festival collaborates closely with [[All Tomorrow's Parties (music festival)|All Tomorrow's Parties]] who curates one of the four big stages. ATP takes place one week earlier and many of the acts on that festival also perform on the this festival. The festival attracks approximatelly 60.000 visitors per edition.

Estrella Damm Primavera Sound Festival is an event that takes place in Barcelona, Spain, usually between May and June. Since 2005 the festival moved to the Parc del Fòrum site. Also daytime performances take place in a parc somewhere else in Barcelona. These smaller performances have a free entrance.
