*Beezy J. Heinous (Brian Froud) - Jimmy's best friend, a giant, red, devil-like monster. He is the clueless and somewhat lazy teenage son of Lucius Heinous the Seventh. He would rather hang out with Jimmy and Heloise than spread misery, much to his father's dismay. Because of this, he has an estranged relationship with his father. He is frequently seen lying on a couch, even outdoors, and constantly uses the phrase "No you are!". Beezy doesn't exactly like Heloise and often try's to play tricks on her but they usually always blow up in his face. He is also known to pee sitting down. When dressing for a formal event, he adds a white collar with a black bow-tie and white cuffs to his regular clothing. Beezy also lives in his own house beside Jimmy's house and his father's mansion. Both his and his father's houses look like skulls. He is a fan of Runny and the Nosebleeds. His name is probably derived from Beelzebub.

*Heloise (Tabitha St. Germain) - A super-intelligent yet destructive small girl. She is seen as a mad scientist who enjoys spreading chaos wherever she goes though she has the appearance of a diminutive, sweet little girl with high-lighted blond hair and teal eyes. She wears a crimson gown, even when at the beach and has been occasionally seen wearing glasses. She wears her hair in a pony-tail style and has a scar on her forehead. She apparently does not attend school. She works for Lucius as the head of reaserch and development at Misery Inc and creates many despair-inducing products for the company. She is tactless, self-centered, and sadistic and apparently hates almost everyone she comes in contact with shown when she tied up and dug a grave for a random civilian. However, she does have feelings, proven by the fact that she likes Jimmy. In 'Fused Together' she has a shrine dedicated to Jimmy in a small room hidden behind a cabinet which has almost been found by other characters. Her shrine appears again in 'Pet Rockey'. She has a hair-trigger, violent temper. She has a crush on Jimmy but doesn't particularly care for either Beezy or Cerbee, tolerating them (barely) mainly because of her fondness for Jimmy. She is also shown to envy other girls who come in contact with Jimmy like when she thought Jez and Jimmy were dating when really he was helping Lucius. She is shown to be the only one who isn't scared by the weavils. Her age is unclear; she is considerably smaller than Jimmy, but she is hyper-intelligent and has a job, so she may simply be petite. It is supposed that she may be around the same age as Jimmy and Beezy, but that cannot be proven. She does not engage in any 'normal' activity that might indicate her age. Being nice is impossible for her, no matter how hard she tries, which usually lasts 5–10 minutes, because the evil side of her always wins over. She is generally in her best mood if she is spending time with Jimmy, particularly if they are alone; however, she can quickly lose her temper if someone intrudes, if Jimmy fails to pick up on her affections, or anything that annoys her at all occurs. In one point, however, she sometimes wonders why she likes him. She seems to be a lifetime resident of Miseryville, as she is completely clueless when Jimmy mentions snow. Almost everything she owns is pink. Heloise is shown to be abler to make her eyes glitter in a which she sometimes uses on Jimmy to get him to ignore what she did in one of her plans (this neverworks). It is shown that the other people in Miseryville think she is scary. Heloise lives in her own house beside Jimmy's, her home is a tall blue house with a barbecue in her backyard which she uses frequently. She is shown to have issues with ghosts. She is a fan of Runny and the Nosebleeds. Her name could possibly be derived from the word Hell.

*Lucius Heinous the Seventh (Sean Cullen) - The tyrant ruler of Miseryville. He resembles a devil-like creature having red skin and horns, and is also the father of Beezy J. Heinous. Jimmy Two-Shoes (known in parts of Europe as Jimmy Cool) is a Canadian animated television series. It airs on Disney XD in the United Kingdom, Teletoon in Canada, and Disney XD in the USA. The series centers around the exploits of the happy-go-lucky titular character Jimmy, who lives in Miseryville, a miserable town filled with monsters and demons.

Premise

The series follows the adventures of 11-year-old Jimmy, a happy-go-lucky kid who makes it his mission to find fun everywhere he goes. This is a challenge because Jimmy lives in Miseryville, the unhappiest town around, run by the megalomaniacal Lucius Heinous the Seventh. Miseryville has one main industry: Misery Inc., purveyors of putrid products guaranteed to cause grief; and they do not come with a money back guarantee. Along with his best friends Heloise (part-time genius, full-time soul-crusher) and Beezy (adventure lover, couch potato), Jimmy is determined to surf past all obstacles and bring his infectious enthusiasm to the whole town.

Characters

Main Characters

 • James "Jimmy" Two-Shoes (Cory Doran) - The eponymous Protagonist. He is a perpetually optimistic, thrill-seeking 14-year-old boy. Jimmy has blonde hair and a gap in his teeth. He wears a light green shirt and blue pants. He has a mission to spread happiness to Miseryville which makes him a source irritation to Lucius Heinous VII who Jimmy nicknames "Lucy". He is often seen doing extreme activities despite Heloise's warnings. Jimmy is also distracted very easily and always thinks he can make anything fun. He often acts before he thinks. Jimmy is also clueless to the fact that Heloise has a crush on him- even when she tries to make it obvious, somewhat due to the fact that whenever she tries to do something nice, it always backfires and turns to an evil plan. One of Jimmy's favorite things to do is hang iut with Beezy and Heloise. It is shown to be almost impossible to get him upset (some of the only things that make him upset are butterscotch and pickles), and he is rather ignorant of the faults in others. Jimmy sometimes annoys other characters especially Lucius. Jimmy and Heloise appear as the only actual "humans" in Miseryville. He also owns a pet monster named Cerbee, whose demeanor is very similar to that of a dog (in fact, the characters always refer to Cerbee as a dog). Jimmy lived somewhere besides Miseryville and somehow ended up there through a series of events, as he mentions snow to Beezy and Heloise, both of whom are clueless about it, as it had never snowed in Miseryville before. Jimmy also didn't know grounded in Miseryville literally means being buried to the head up. Jimmy lives in his own house between Beezy's and Heloise's. He does not appear to attend school. Jimmy's and Heloise's parents are never mentioned in the show and also never appear. He is a fan of Runny and the Nosebleeds.
 • Beezy J.
 • Heloise (Tabitha St. Heloise is shown to be able to make her eyes glitter in which she sometimes uses on Jimmy to get him to ignore what she did in one of her plans (this never works).
 • Lucius Heinous the Seventh (Sean Cullen) - The tyrant ruler of Miseryville. He resembles a devil-like creature having red skin and horns, and is also the father of Beezy J. Heinous. He has great contempt for his archenemy Jimmy, because of his happy-go-lucky attitude which often acts a foil to his plots to make the town even more miserable. He resembles the stereotypical villain as he is cold, malevolent, narcissistic, and self-serving. He has a son, Beezy, who rebels against his wishes, which he blames Jimmy for. He also has a girlfriend named Jez who resembles a blue, humanoid cat. He's an idiot when it comes to making new, miserable ideas and relies on Heloise's inventions, which he inevitably takes credit for; if something goes wrong, of course, he is quick to blame Heloise. However, in "There's Always a Hiccup" he was able to design a dinosaur that terrorizes kids. Lucius extremely dislikes the weavils especially their leader Reggie because he stole his stuffed rabbit Koochi Long Ears. He is also very short and is an egomaniac which shows he has a Napoleon complex. His name is probably derived from Lucifer.
 • Samy Garvin (Dwayne Hill) - Lucius's assistant who has dreams of stardom and fame. He is rather timid and weak and is often verbally abused by his boss. He resembles a short, goblin creature. In "Pop-Sicles" it is revealed that he also worked for Lucius' father, Lucius Heinous the Sixth for at least 87 years. He speaks with a lisp.

Secondary Characters

 • Jez (Valerie Buhagiar) - Lucius's girlfriend who resembles a tall, blue anthropomorphic creature who has interchangeable noses. She is very selfish and spoiled, and often breaks up or threatens to break up with Lucius if he is unable to please her (an act which is near impossible as she is shown to be very picky). She lives in a white mansion and has a dog named Jasmeen, who once fell in love with Jimmy's dog, Cerbee.
 • Cerbee - Jimmy's loyal but naughty pet. He is a green, dog-like monster that is supposed to resemble a head of cerberus (hence the name). He loves to eat anything. In "Monster Mutt" he is shown to have a lot of energy when Heloise shoots several tranqulizers into him and shows no signs of being tired. He once fell in love with Jez's dog, Jasmeen.
 • Saffi (Sunday Muse) - Beezy's girlfriend, an orange, one-eyed, monster-like creature.Saffi seems to refer to Bezzy as "smoothy smooth" She usually doesn't say many words aside from 'crush', 'yogurt', and 'smoothy-smooth', but she can talk. She has a hatred of statues and will destroy any she sees. In fact, the only sentence she spoke in the first episode she appeared in was, "No, I just hate statues." In "Butley Did It", she also said 'scratchy, scratchy' multiple times. Also, in "I Married a Weavil" she says, "I don't mind."
 • Jasmeen - The home-animal of Jez. She loves Cerbee.
 • General Molitov (Dwayne Hill) - A tan monster with pointy ears and a strong build. He works for Lucius and has a young son, a baby daughter, and a wife that intimidates him. In 'A Hair-Brained Idea' he explodes when Jimmy forces him to eat too many cookies (Yet seems to be fine in later episodes). He speaks with a Russian accent.
 • Molitov's Wife (Valerie Buhagiar) - The wife of General Molitov. She is a yellow monster who seems to be quite bossy and strict. It's possible she might not be very bright, shown in 'Baby Boom' when she didn't realise the lobster she was talking to was dead. She, like her husband, speaks with a Russian accent.
 • Tori- He is the son of General Molitov. He gets great enjoyment out of making his little sister spew and seems to be jealous of the attention she gets from others. He's a fan of Runny and the Nosebleeds. As of now 'Baby Boom' is the only episode he's spoken in, other episodes he usually just appears in the background.
 • Baby Blamo- She is General Molitov's baby daughter. She is a very cute and small baby who spews when something makes her happy.
 • Dorkus (Dwayne Hill) - He is a small white creature and is Heloise's assistant. He wears a pair of one lensed glasses and a suit. He seems to be an inventor, except his products aren't as practical as Heloise's. In 'Power Squid and Spaghetti Beezy' it is shown that Heloise has a cupboard filled with more of him which could mean any Dorkus that appears might not be the same one from a previous episode.
 • Humphrey von Sidekick- He is Samy's puppet. He only appears when Samy is a host for some event.
 • The Weavles- These weasel like creatures like to con and make a fool out of Jimmy and Beezy with horrible pranks. In 'Invasion Of The Weavils' they tried to annoy Heloise with loud music but she just got angry and attacked one of them. The head Weavle is an elder named Reggie.

Other Characters

 • Ms. Stinky-Cheese-Breath- An old woman that apears in many episodes, usually as just a character in the backgroud. She gets her name from her horrible breath. Although she was Lucius's third grade teacher she seems to have some sort of crush on him, as in the episode "Heat Blanket Jimmy", she repeatedly asked him for a kiss. It is thought that she could be somewhat human, despite the little horns lining her back.
 • Awe Guy- A small purple man, he is able to sound like an entire church choir by himself and is commonly used to implicate things as heavenly or great. In one of the 'Miseryville Moments' shorts he went to Heloise when he lost his singing voice.
 • Chuck the Bus-Driver- A corpes with a pink nose and grey skin. He had a very odd friendship with Jimmy. He used to be Beezy and Heloise's best friend, but they found him annoying and left him.
 • Wreckum- A Soccer Player that Jimmy and Beezy admire. He looks like an a anthropomorphic bull creature that speaks with a Scottish accent.

Locations

 • Miseryville Is the miserable town under the control of Lucius Heinous the Seventh. Miseryville has a red sky and three suns. It's inhabitants are mostly monsters except for Jimmy and Heloise who are pretty much the only humans there. Lucius's factory over shadows the town. It seems as though all of the lakes and other places that should contain water contain lava instead but the characters seem to be able to swim in it anyway. Although the town is supposed to be un-fun and miserable it does have fun places like theaters, swimming pools, beaches etc.
