Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam is an upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie. Production commenced in August 2009 in Toronto, Ontario and at camps near the city. The movie will premiere on September 3, 2010 (2010-09-03) on Disney Channel. Also the movie will release on DVD on September 7, 2010, in the USA and Canada.

Plot

The film starts with Mitchie (Demi Lovato) returning to Camp Rock and meeting all her friends, plus even singing her newest song Brand New Day. The songs in the movie appear in a different order than on the soundtrack of the movie. "Different Summers" & "Walking in My Shoes" were used in the extended edition of the movie while "It's Not Too Late" was never used in the movie. Those three songs were used as bonus tracks on the soundtrack.

Reception

To the date, the film received mostly positive reviews. The review aggregate website Rotten Tomatoes reported that 83% of RT Community gave the film positive reviews, based on 794 reviews, with an average score of 7.9/10[3].
