Ali Ehsassi's great-grandfather, Abdolhossein Teymourtash in Official Court Uniform, (In office 1925 – 1933)

Ali Ehsassi (Persian: علی احساسی) is a Canadian Liberal politician,[1] who was elected to represent the riding of Willowdale in the House of Commons of Canada in the 2015 federal election.[2]

Biography

Ehsassi was born in Geneva, Switzerland and lived in New York City before coming to Canada at the age of 15.[3] He attended York University as well as Georgetown University Law School, having obtained his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and his LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center.[4][5]
