Hello, I took care of everything you listed on the peer review. Thank you by the way for reviewing. There are not a whole lot of metal bands that are at FA ststus, so I'm really working on getting some there, I don't like to stop at just GA! I was thinking that the big time metal editors (EX: You, M3tal H3ad, me) should all work on the founders of metal, Black Sabbath sometime in the near future. What do you think? Thank you, Burningclean[Speak the truth!]01:24, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I think I have them taken care of now. I see what you mean with Sabbath, they have such a vast history it would be hard to do. I don't get how you promote songs and albums to FA, it's funny how you get so much information into a small subject. Thank you, Burningclean[Speak the truth!]01:58, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I just don't understand how you get so much information on recording and lyrical themes. I was reading Christ Illusion (although I don't particularily care for Slayer, they are interesting, Seasons in the Abyss rules, you should work on that) and I thought holy crap! The only album I have really worked on is The Blackening which was mostley done by M3tal M3ad. Thank you, Burningclean[Speak the truth!]02:09, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Three editors have commented on the peer review - before requesting further input, it's best to address their feedback first. I don't wish to reiterate any comments they have made. LuciferMorgan (talk) 22:39, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
First, that thread was closed. Posting personal accusations or attacks against someone into a closed thread is poor form, as it forces the accused to have to also post into it to defend himself. Second, that thread was closed for a reason: there is an ongoing request for arbitration, where all related statements should go. Third, your personal attack against me was unwarranted. Focus on the message, not the messenger. Crum375 (talk) 23:41, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
If you consider urging people to stop provoking Z, and for Z to stop responding, and for all to take it to ArbCom, "careless behavior", I guess we have a difference of opinion. Please focus on issues, not on people. Thanks, Crum375 (talk) 23:53, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
If editor X believes he is being stalked by editor Y, X is allowed to complain about it. Obviously having good diffs and other evidence would help. Whether X is right or wrong, and even whether X is himself stalking Y, should not be addressed by other people posting wild accusations and name calling. The proper way to handle any such dispute is to take it through the dispute resolution process, all the way to ArbCom if needed. Once the case goes to arbcom, that's where it belongs, unless rejected. It is extremely unhelpful, and in fact very damaging to the project, to have bystanders fanning the flames. I'll give you one important hint: AGF. Consider that anyone who claims he's being stalked may actually believe it, regardless of the circumstances. Crum375 (talk) 00:04, 30 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I do assume good faith on everybody's part, and I assume anyone can be right or wrong. In reality, the truth is probably multi-faceted, with many misunderstandings thrown in. I don't know and haven't interacted before with any of the parties you mention. All I want is a quick and fair resolution, with minimal collateral damage, so we can all get back to editing. Crum375 (talk) 00:18, 30 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Your ARBCOM statement
Good statement. You might want to add, though, since you're explaining the conection and why Slim is has reason to pursue this arbitration and use Zeraeph, something about the Wiki Review and how Zeraeph was openly attacking her there. Had Slim read that thread she would have seen in an instant how this could be used to her advantage. I also find it odd that LessHeard popped up in that Wiki Review thread, saying he had emailed Zeraeph, and suddenly is involved in this arbitration, working with Slim and Z. Give it some thought. FAs
Thanks. I definitely appreciate finding out about the promotion from a fellow editor instead of looking at my edit history (which might take a bit, since while Sandy has promoted the article, Gimmiebot still needs to take care of the busy work). If you notice, I listed R.E.M. (band) at FAC last night. And once I'm done with that, I'm going to collaborate with Brandt Luke Zorn on In Utero and Definitely Maybe. Mad for it. WesleyDodds (talk) 01:32, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Do you have the Early Days DVD? It talks about "Running Free" a little bit in there. I distinctly remember it talking about the cover and the evolution of Eddie. I would figure there's an old Sounds and maybe NME review of the single floating around. WesleyDodds (talk) 01:58, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You are not a "named party" so you don't have to comment further unless you want to. The statement you made, since you're a "party who commented" was copied here. If you had been a named party, it'd be on the main page there, not the talk page. Let me know if you have more questions. — Rlevse • Talk • 21:30, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The above image tags
Hi LuciferMorgan. kingboyk asked me to take a look at the images tagged here, so I have gone through them and added rationales and sources to all of them, except for:
For your future uploads, you can use the rationale template here -- just fill in the parameters and you should be OK. If you get another slew of image tags, feel free to leave me a note on my talk page and I'll help out as best I can. All the best, Bláthnaid19:51, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
More help needed
Hi Lucifer, Some time ago you were kind enough to give me some pre-FAC commentary on Whitney Joins The JAMs (hell, you've been nothing but kind and helpful since I first met you!).
I think we both agree that article is near FA, and personally I don't see what else I can do with it. You did raise a few possible concerns, concerns which are valid but which might or might not prevent it becoming Featured, so it was my intention to ask Sandy to take a look at it. However, she's currently unavailable. I was wondering if you could recommend somebody else who really knows their stuff who would look at it? Basically, because I consider it about 99% done I don't want to waste everybody's time by sending an unpromotable article to FAC, nor do I want the embarrassment; but of course I don't want to discard an article which can make it. --kingboyk (talk) 00:41, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Asking for me to support isn't a good idea - asking someone to support your FAC is frowned upon, and you can be given an administrator's warning for doing so. Please be more careful in future. I have struck out my objection, and good luck with the article. LuciferMorgan (talk) 04:24, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I did not know that. Thank you for telling me before I get in trouble. Sorry for it on your count also. When you strike out an objecting does that mean it is a support, neutral, or something else? Burningclean[Speak the truth!]03:29, 11 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It means that the person commenting no longer wishes to register their objection, for whatever reason. Therefore, it's just one less objection. LuciferMorgan (talk) 05:27, 11 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Lucifer, for your support throughout the unpleasant incident; it has meant a lot to me, and I appreciate it. Thanks for fixing my typo at WT:FAC, too :-) I'm off Monday for a week of fresh air in the mountains, and hope to return renewed and refreshed. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 01:21, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've largely refrained from commenting throughout the incident, but of course have my own opinions. I hope you enjoy the week of fresh air in the mountains, and don't think about Wikipedia. It's best to view the site as a hobby, or else you can sometimes get upset by certain incidents. Take care in the meantime. LuciferMorgan (talk) 02:38, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ms Julie is .. unavailable .. this month, so Isaac and Gopher have stepped in to put this newsletter thing together. We may not be as funny as you're used to, but if you'd like a free drink, come see me at the bar. That might help. Maybe. And no, there aren't any flashing lights or fancy pictures this month - I'm still recovering from a whopping hangover. Julie's recovering too, but that's a story I'll let her tell.
Two New Featured Articles (and...)
Emma Goldman was promoted to Featured status on 2007December 27. If you don't know Ms. Goldman, she was a Lithuanian anarchist. Aren't many of those around, really, so having one of our very own is special. She'll be dancing the Cha-Cha on the Promenade deck later tonight.
Ann Bannon was promoted to Featured status on 2007December 3. Faithful readers may remember Moni moaning that we didn't mention this promotion in the last newsletter. Happy now?
The marathon efforts of Dev920 against her astonishing abilities of procrastination continued this month, and she managed to update the Portal's main articles. Whether she will finally beat her procrastination pixies in submission and update the biographies remains to be seen, but Jeffpw has leapt to the rescue and taken it upon himself to do all our lovely news. Friends, lend us your goodwill and your eyeballs, and mosey on over to see all Jeff's hard work.
Also, back in October 2007, Allstarecho and Benjiboi worked diligently on the "WP:LGBT Random Quote" and "WP:LGBT Random Picture" sections of the portal. They added many new quotes and pictures but, and yes here's the cat's meow friends... you can now use these on your own user pages! To add the "WP:LGBT Random Quote" to your own userpage, use: {{Portal:LGBT/Quotes}} And to add the "WP:LGBT Random Picture" to your own userpage, use: {{Portal:LGBT/Pics}} If you'd like to see it in action, check out Allstarecho's userpage for both in action and Benjiboi's talk page for the Quotes in action!
The long, slow race toward FP status continues...
Bisexual Awareness Month
Folks in Utah are celebrating Bisexual Awareness Month. For our own wikicelebration, Alison suggests we try to bring Bisexuality at least up to good article status. Working on the Utah article would be encouraged, but do it stealthily - they don't like us to be *too* open.
A cunning plan
In a move sure to bring her fame and fortune at last, Dev920 (talk·contribs) has proposed that an FA buddying system be set up, to help nudge frightened tikes who also happen to write killer ass articles over that initial first FAC hurdle. Anyone interested in shepherding duties, or anyone interested in being made to lie beside still waters (handcuffs are optional), do drop Dev an RSVP so she can start battering those darned pixies...
Zigzig20s has mentioned a desire to work on .. desire. Specifically literature by and about LGBT desire. To facilitate "LGBT Literature" taskforce, there will be shuffleboard and lesbian fiction on the foredeck later in the afternoon. Signup if you're interested.

Hey thanks man, good to be back at it. I think I am going to tackle Sabbath next, I do have a book called Wheels of Confusion by Steven Rosen, I am going to check out again- I remember it being pretty thorough for the older stuff, but not so much for the Tony Martin era. And the writer only really interviewed Bill Ward... but the base stuff is all there. Anyway, with their long ass history I'm sure it will be a challenge - but they deserve a FA, the inventors of metal! I'm gonna start researching today, finding interview archives and stuff, and I'llsee what I can dig up. And by the way, what webzine are you working on? Anything posted yet? Skeletor2112 (talk) 05:40, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hey dude, this may be hard to see in the "sea of image tags" (which look like they have been pretty much taken care of, anyway) but I started in on the "meat" of the Black Sabbath article, rewriting everything - I am up to Master of Reality now. I found a few good sources, the Rolling Stone and AMG biographies are suprisingly good, and I found another site that archives old newspaper clippings and stuff on Sabbath: [1] - click "memorabilia" or "more articles & links" for scans and stuff. I still haven't dug out the Wheels of Confusion book, but I plan to get on that this weekend. Once I get this thing up to par, I hope that you can take a look at everything and add your "expertise" with a CE and the like. Thanks, and heres to Sabbath getting a long-overdue FA one day! \m/ Skeletor2112 (talk) 12:32, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Right on man, I had a quick look at the Arch Enemy interview you have up at the webzine page - nice work! I had no idea that they are gona re-record stuff from the Johan era - those are my favorite albums, and the best era of AE, IMO. His stuff is criminaly underrated, maybe that will bring attention to those albums, tho. Anyway, I am still working Sabbath(up to Technical Ecstasy now) and I can already tell its gona be a long ass article by the time I am done... although it is a little "quote-y" - and I need to go through and highlight a little more drug stuff(as it comes to a head with Ozzy's firing later)there are just so many good ones in this book! I really wanna get a lineup pic from the early days in there - any ideas on how to get one in legally? Skeletor2112 (talk) 12:38, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I've always thought that a bigger project would not only be more useful for the encyclopedia, but be a far more viable FA. I dunno- I get bored of writing bigger articles. I get bored writing about the same topic, even- that's why I bounce around. I got sick to the back teeth of Devourment, and a featured article (especially one on a bigger band) would take longer even than that. Another problem with the bigger projects is that the sources are often not available- they often predate when the Internet was widely used. I'll take a look around- though I don't want to say it (hating the band) I think Trivium is an article I could consider- I got myself involved by chance, and now it isn't bad thanks to Asics (who I haven't seen in ages) and just needs a push. I'll look into that. J Milburn (talk) 13:11, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Project member Moni3 has been working on the article for Barbara Gittings and noted that the Lambda Literary Foundation used the lead paragraph from Wikipedia, skillfully and lovingly written by Moni3, verbatim in the Lambda Literary Pioneers calendar. Moni3 contacted the Lambda Literary Foundation to let them know, and to ask if we could get a little write-up in the next Lambda Book Report. There is a preliminary text you can find here. Feel free to add to it. It should be no longer than 1,000 words, and it needs to be submitted by March 15.

M3tal H3ad and Skeletor have given the user a lot of general points to work on; I wouldn't want to overload Dark Executioner (who I've bumped into before, but I can't work out where). I've watchlisted the review, so I'll offer some advice once [s]he has dealt with the issues raised- primarily, the weak sourcing. J Milburn (talk) 20:03, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Dave Lombardo
What? this is the hundredth time I've said it, but i think it's Dave Lombardo time. An article in Decibel Magazine had the date of his marriage so it re-sparked my interest. I'm going to take a break from re-writing and try get DL, Damageplan and Aliens (film) to FA. Any help is appreciated :) In other news BFMV are coming here with A7X and Atreyu, probably the three most hated "trendy" bands? I like them anyway. Children of Bodom are coming a month later so should be good. M3tal H3ad (talk) 04:35, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If you ever have a free time and wants to review the article, please direct to its talk page. The peer review process was already closed. Thanks. --Efe (talk) 08:29, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Its fine. I know you're busy. Anyway, 17Drew indirectly inspired/influenced me to improve song-related articles. Seeing his briliant works are, should I say, wow. I intend to, since Gimme More's FAC, which fails, to seek assistance from him. Unfortunately, he is not around. Thanks for the reply. I know your good on this and am waiting for the "nit-picking process" on the discussion page. See yah and thanks in advance. --Efe (talk) 11:51, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
All comments were addressed. I am poor when it comes to prose and I believe I have to wait for your final review before heading to FAC. I might fail again, for the third time. Thanks. --Efe (talk) 13:03, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the link. English, I think, is our second language. Yah, Indopug is great when it comes to FAC. I dropped a message on his talk page but he is busy right now. Salamat (Which means thank you in Filipino). =) --Efe (talk) 08:02, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Of course the one I am working right now. If ever this will be promoted, I will go for GAs in my page for FAC or to re-FAC "Deja Vu" and "Gimme More". If its fails, I will rework the article until it gets the star. --Efe (talk) 06:31, 16 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Long time no talk Luicifer. Would appreciate your views on this. Not your style of music, but please feel free to wage you hatchet and be brutal. Ceoil (talk) 13:50, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure what you mean, sorry- the stars in the top right all say they are featured lists, none are linked to from the FA page and the talk page template says they are featured articles rather than lists, but from experience, not many templates differentiate. Would you like me to create parameters on the template so as to be able to list them as featured lists rather than featured articles? J Milburn (talk) 11:45, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've updated the template, but I haven't added any articles to the category. Once some pages have been added, we'll have to wait a few days and a bot should update the listing on the project page for us. J Milburn (talk) 23:22, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, there's just one last angle I want to get- there was a documentary released which had interviews with a lot of people who really believed he did it. A tutor of mine at college said he would lend me a DVD of it, so once I have seen and cited that, it's going to FAC. Thanks for the comments! J Milburn (talk) 12:13, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Take care
Hi, I am posting here on Wikipedia for the last time today as this user. I have had fun editing pages here, and have met some cool people, but I'm afraid that if I didn't retire from Wikipedia today, then I'd be doing it either on or near June 26th, 2008. Why? Because I am leaving for boot camp on that day to join the U.S. Navy.
Do not feel abandoned if you are someone that I have gotten to know a little here. I'm not doing this to be a dick, only because I have to. I really don't have much time to edit here anymore, since I'm so busy getting prepared physically and taking care of the month and a half of schoolwork that I have left.
If I ever get the chance to resume editing here someday... then I will.
Roughly six weeks ago, you voted to Removeaction potential as a Featured Article. Since then, the article has been completely re-written and referenced to the gills. It also does not seem to fail any definite MoS criteria, although there's been a little discussion of how many sections to have in the Table of Contents. We'll also keep trying to improve the article. Nevertheless, if you think it's worth keeping as an FA, now would be a good time to change your vote to Keep; otherwise, now would be a good time to explain what you find still lacking in the article. Thanks for taking the time to reconsider the article! :) Willow (talk) 18:49, 24 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hey dude, I finished my first draft of the monolithic Black Sabbath article and put it up for peer review. I even used a source from your L.O.G interview(inadvertantly at first, then I saw the link and said, HEY! I know that name!) So you are officially a valid source! Anyway, if you have a sec could you take a look and let me know if you see anything there? Thanks \m/ Skeletor2112 (talk) 11:26, 25 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

I've just redirected it, as that would probably be the result of the AfD anyway. I've watchlisted it, so if someone recreates it or reverts me (without showing why it's notable) I'll nominate it. J Milburn (talk) 16:17, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Black Metal
I have something I want help on bringing to FA class. Horna has the potential. There are many, many reviews of the band online, and the band has recorded many splits and other various albums. They have been in controversy and have a nice history too. I've started on the page but I need help as I don't have all the time in the world at the moment. (My uncle has lung cancer and has 6 weeks left) If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
Now, onto the project. We are bickering because it's a new project and we need to get things straight. Just let it work itself out. XD Undeath (talk) 20:38, 31 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No, I prefer to respond to editor remarks on the FAC page so everyone is aware of what comments are being made about the article and the review process. While I understand your frustration with the process, coming in and calling the review process "pathetic" and whatever else you said only serves to impugn the editors who volunteer their time to help get articles featured. It's also perfectly reasonable to question sources no one outside the metal community has heard of. If the consensus is that the sources are acceptable, I will walk away. And guess what? I will do so without calling the process pathetic. --Laser brain(talk)14:00, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No one is questioning the interviews, per se. We are questioning the source. If someone is posting information on a personal, self-published web page, we have no idea about the accuracy or reliability. I would not question an interview printed in a reliable source with a reputation for fact-checking. I understand you reserve the right to use whatever word you want to. I am currently having a productive conversation with Gocsa, so I encourage you to join the effort to improve the sources if you're interested in seeing the article become featured. That is the goal we are all working toward. --Laser brain(talk)16:06, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, members and friends of WP:LGBT! I'm not one to be writing newsletters, but I miss our cruise director, Miss Julie, and our project is drifting along with a few leaking plugs in the bottom of the boat. Hey, it happens. Every group we join goes through changes. If Wikipedia weren't so interesting it wouldn't also be so frustrating sometimes. And vice versa. More than one Wikiproject has tumbleweeds blowing through it, but this is one that can't afford to let that happen. Even if you pop in to the talk page of the project, you can let us know you're still around.
WP:LGBT's Role in HIV / AIDS articles
It wouldn't be a proper gay community without a li'l bit o' drama! That's right. If we aren't arguing about something, then we should be asking if we're still queer. Maybe that's for the best, since we know we're still kicking. Our most recent topic is how far the role of our project should go in dipping our toes into HIV/AIDS articles. The main AIDS article was delisted as a Featured Article last month, sadly. (Sending a swift kick to WP:Medicine.) A spirited discussion is available for your entertainment on the WP:LGBT talk page about just how much of HIV and AIDS should we take on. As ever, we'll take your opinions under advisement. We're going to have to, because it doesn't seem to have been settled.
Is Pride POV?
We have a pretty cool sidebar that identifies core LGBT articles. Its symbol is the iconic gay pride flag, much like other Wikiprojects have iconic symbols denoting the topic is a core subject in a series of articles. However, a question recently arose asking if the symbol itself is not neutral. Should a pride flag show up at the top of the article on Conversion therapy? How else would anyone know the article is about queer issues? Is there another symbol that is as widely recognized and that includes all our many splintered facets? At what point do we stop asking ourselves all these questions and just go have a mint julep on the verandah and stop caring?
For the love of all that is holy, no Kool Aid jokes. However, an editor involved in pioneering San Francisco Supervisor Harvey Milk's article has included a section about the late supervisor's support of Jim Jones and the People's Temple. While it may be accurate, there is a Request for Comment regarding how much emphasis the section places on Milk's support in light of his overall political influence on the city, and indeed the rest of the United States. Milk's article is a sad one in more ways than one. It lacks the detail and heart that honors its subject. Anyone want to do a barter with me? I'll bring Harvey Milk to featured status (give me a month or two so I can read stuff), if you do something of equal value to WP:LGBT?? Make me an offer...
Queer Studies is offensive!
The established branch of study known as Queer studies was brought up as an category for deletion because an editor was offended by the use of "queer" in the title. It was overwhelmingly rejected mostly by the usernames I see here on our Wikiproject page. (A clue that I know you are out there, hiding...biding your time...) So, I wish I could congratulate you, but now I'm all confused by my sympathy for the editor who was offended. So, if you're reading this, Moni has a short memory and can't remember your username. Don't be put off by our demonstrative pushiness. Join us. We can always use involved editors.
What can you do to help the project out? Be a wiki-fairy, on many levels. There are all kinds of articles that need help. Why, just this morning I removed those ugly wikify and cleanup tags from four articles at random. If you can put [[ ]] around stuff, you can clean up articles. There's a list of articles that need attention at the top of the WP:LGBT talk page. Or you can start with the Lambda Literary Awards, where the goddess of my altar received a pioneering award, and was "reduced to rubble" by Katherine V. Forrest's wonderful speech. The 20th ceremony of the Lambda Literary Awards, which celebrates LGBT literature, took place in West Hollywood on May 29th [2]. The page needs to be updated with the new winners, to be found on the official website [3].
Why on earth would someone want to delete material about homosexuality? 'Tis truly a mystery. But these embattled articles have some random evil gnomes removing information that places these folks under our queer umbrella. Help us keep an eye out for the deletions. Take a peek at the articles, familiarize yourselves with the info, and be handy with the undo function in the article history. If tempers flare, take it to the Hall monitors and let them sort it out. Best solution is to make sure your sources are immaculate.
This month's Wiki stars
This is what I get for opening my big fat mouth and suggesting the newsletter should be revived. Here I am writing it. So, to pat self on back (*cough*) Mulholland Dr. became a featured article in May. This is A Good Thing since it is my personal declaration that there is no such thing as lesbian porn. I don't care what Benjiboi says about the video collection at goodvibes. Instead, we have hot women who connect on a deep, personal, soul-touching level, so this film should qualify as some of the skankiest porn available for lesbians. Plus, it's completely confusing and surreal! D'you think Laura Harring would care that the article is featured? I don't think so either... (Call me, Laura!)
Compulsive hoarding of templates
Once I saw a harrowing episode of Animal Planet's Animal Cops where this guy had, like, 250 cats in his house and it freaked me right out. I'm drawing a parallel between 250 cats and, well...three, really, templates in articles involving LGBT issues. Can we stick to one, maybe? In the aforementioned Harvey Milk's article there's a core LGBT template, a link to the LGBT portal, and a sidebar for LGBT rights. Jiminy! You'd think we weren't the folk to set industrial grey carpeting and track lighting in vogue. An LGBT footer was designed to link to articles of interest that aren't the aforementioned core articles. What do you think, can we have either an LGBT template for core articles, a footer for LGBT articles that are high profile but not core, or an LGBT rights template? As ever, anything's up for discussion on the WP:LGBT talk page.
It's June, Pride month. Wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, get a designated driver, then go half-dressed in the streets find a girlfriend or boyfriend, or some homo who's standing there looking lonely and kiss 'em up real good. Remember, it all started 39 years ago when a bunch of drag queens just got fed the f*ck up by the cops raiding the bar and dragging them all out to the pokey again. Rock on, queens! Enjoy your celebrations. My town's is in October, and 200 people attend. I miss Denver.
It looks like we've picked up a lot of talent lately. We have no doubt you'll be making your indelible mark on LGBT knowledge as we know it, here at Wikipedia.
In the immortal words of Miss Julie, "May all your Wiki days be bright, and may your Love Boat never turn into a Poseidon."
We miss you, Miss Julie, as well as all the others who have graced our project and are on wiki-breaks or just got fed up with all the nuttiness and went to live their lives. Get your stupid houses built and hurry up and come back. --Moni3 (talk) 16:52, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
To stop receiving this newsletter, or to receive it in a different format, please let us know here. If you have any news or any announcements to be broadcast, do let Moni3 know.
Sure, i'm willing to get more Slayer FA's. I still have to order a copy though. Looks like that book voucher i won will come in handy. I'm guessing i'll get it in a week or two. Cya around, hope you're doing well :) M3tal H3ad (talk) 13:53, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I see what you mean with the 'problem articles'; Live Undead and Decade of Aggression come to mind. It would be cool to get all the album articles to a respectable status, especially Seasons (my favorite). Anyway, i look forward to working with you in the future to "re-ignite" the Slayer flame. I've almost finished my studies and there's still four weeks left of the term (then two weeks holiday) so I'll have quite a bit of free time. M3tal H3ad (talk) 14:34, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
