This is a list of authors of Hindi literature, i.e. people who write in Hindi language, its dialects and Hindustani language.

  • Hari Shanker Adesh: Well known for his poetry, songs, music, literature, and work he has done to promote Hindi. He has the distinction of being the first author in history to have written four epics, with more on the way. He is the author of the book Madiralaya. He is also the founder of Bharatiya Vidya Sansthhaan - the Institute of Indian Knowledge- dedicated to the propagation and promotion of authentic Indian Culture through the teaching of Indian Music,languages, arts, philosophy and other aspects of Indian knowledge.Bharatiya Vidya Sansthhaan has branches in Trinidad and Tobago, Canada, and USA.

  • Ved Parksah Kamboj was really a great writer i read one novel in mine life becos i couldn't found any any novel of him. but really i appreciate that novel i watched a movie of late sh sanjeev kumar's 'ANGOOR' he read a novel of mr ved parkash kamboj. i dont have to word to say how can we forget a great writer. but really he was great. i dont have any encyclopedia of his life. if any body will find a novel pls read it really u will lost ur evey thing on that novel

  • Yagya Dutt Sharma born on 18 Jan 1916, received Soviet Land Nehru Award for his novel "SHILANYAS" from Mrs. Indira Gandhi in 1967.
