Facilities
The 56-floor hotel has views of both the Peak and Victoria Harbour and has 531 guest rooms and 34 suites.
Fine dining facilities includes the two-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Summer Palace and one-Michelin-starred French cuisine Restaurant Petrus, both received in the guide's inaugural 2009 Hong Kong and Macau edition.[1]
In 2010, the Kaiseki cuisine Japanese restaurant, Nadaman, along with its sister outlet at the Kowloon Shangri-La, was listed as the 'Best Japanese restaurant' on the Hong Kong Best Eats 2010 list complied by CNN Travel.[2]
Other food and beverage outlets includes, Island Gourmet patisserie, cafe TOO, Lobby Lounge, Lobster Bar and Grill with nightly live music and alfresco dining Waterside Terrace.
