Today, he got in Germany the golden camera Award for his lifework (category: lifetime achievement award). Compare the German site of this article for sources. He was considered to play Robin the Batman sidekick
I recall in 1983 how he was considered for the role of Robin (the Batman sidekick) in an addition of the franchise that never made it out of development hell, and according to this online source - "just might have had the boyish charm to pull it off" - and at the time I thought him a natural for the role too - https://batman-news.com/2013/07/04/10-batman-films-that-almost-happened/
Picture
Aren't there any more recent pictures of him that could be used? He obviously looks somewhat different now than he did when the pictures in the article were taken. Tad Lincoln (talk) 19:43, 17 August 2012 (UTC)
- Weirdly I just came here to say the same thing. He's not dead people, we surely must have a more recent photo than one from 25 years ago. Pluvia (talk) 04:05, 18 August 2012 (UTC)
- Check commons:Category:Michael J. Fox for other images you could use. I'm unsure which one would be the best but there are ones from 2011. Regards SoWhy 09:09, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

MICHAEL J. FOX...
MICHAEL J. FOX RULES!!! (58.160.93.113 (talk) 10:23, 17 December 2012 (UTC))
Someone changed the birthday to 1959, and added a claim that Fox is the father of David Spade. Also, David Spade was linked to "Midget". I have fixed the link to David Spade, then made a little research and figured out the edits of user SubaruLion8000 was incorrect or unsupported by references. Then I reverted the article. Minor Edit Request

Photo
Can we find a better photo of Michael J. Fox? I am talking about the first photo, in the upper right corner. This photo is really bad. And he looks like Donald Trump in it. Matthijs J (talk) 18:00, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
I agree, he looks terrible in the photo. Perhaps there could be a photo of him from his new show put in the top. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Brendenhows (talk • contribs) 02:39, 8 January 2014 (UTC)
Michael j fox
The Michael J Fox article doesn't say anything about his new show The Michael J Fox Show. There is a The Michael J Fox Show article referencing the Michael J Fox article, but nothing the other way around.
Thank you.

Should The Michael J. Fox Show be mentioned in the lead?

Better photo?
In the first photo to this article Michael Fox looks like he is reacting to something really unpleasant. Do anyone have a different, sharp photo of him taken in 2006 or later? I think it would be suitable to use a photo of him as middle-aged.

Contradictory year of diagnosis statements
The intro states "Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1991 at age 29," and later it is said "After being privately diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 1991."
However, also stated is "Fox started displaying symptoms of early-onset Parkinson's disease in 1991 while shooting the movie Doc Hollywood, although he was not properly diagnosed until the next year," which would obviously make the year of diagnosis 1992. Which one is it?
