The Toutunhe District (simplified Chinese: 头屯河区; traditional Chinese: 頭屯河區; pinyin: Tóutúnhé Qū; Uyghur: تۇدۇڭخابا رايونى, romanized: Tudungxaba Rayoni, lit. 'Tudunghaba Rayoni', USY: Тудуңхаба Райони) is one of 7 urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Wulumuqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Northwest China, it is located to the northwest of Ürümqi's urban core. It contains an area of 276 km2 (107 sq mi). According to the 2002 census, it has a population of 130,000.
