KLUP (930 AM) is a talk radio station based in San Antonio, Texas. It is owned by Salem Communications and is a sister station to KSLR.
History
This station was a radio news network affiliate called KRNN.
As KRIA and then KISS, the station was known as KOOL 930 AM solid gold during 1989-1992. At one point, the AM simulcast KISS-FM.
Prior to the news/talk format, KLUP was also known as "The Loop", which played Popular Standards from 1992 to 2004.
On November 4, the day of the midterm elections, KLUP will rebrand as 930 The Answer.
